Had to walk up 4 flights, there was no elevator and that was not identified on the description.
It was noted that there is no front desk, apparently I had to inform them of my arrival for checkin but I was flying in when I received their email asking for this information. The confirmation also stated that I did NOT need to call back and confirm; had I called to confirm, I may have gotten this missing information. I had to wait in a less than safe area, alone, for the person to give me the key. When I called, the individual on the phone was nice and tried hard to get someone to let me in, I waited about an hour. The bedding included one top sheet, no blanket or comforter.
