The staff and the hotel were very nice. The breakfast was adequate. My only problem was that it was the tiniest hotel room I have ever stayed in. My wife and I were there for six days and there was no closet, no dresser and no storage capability for a prolonged stay. The bathroom and shower were tiny as well. This room would be good for a single occupant staying for a few days and that’s it.

Room was small but clean. Felt like there was no air in the room, for some reason there was a standing fan which isn’t a typical thing to see. Another issue was the level of noisiness, perhaps because the room was located close to the elevator.

Vacation Stay at TOC Las Ramblas
The service here was fantastic and 24/7. This hotel is a very good location if you are wanting to be relatively close to lots in the city. My brother and I felt very safe here as there is always someone to open the door and close it behind you after entering. The room was very eco friendly and the beds were quite cozy. The fan in the bathroom is a bit obnoxious/ loud and comes on everytime the light is turned on. Everything was very very clean except for the shelving. These shelves were very dusty and I set papers atop them and when I pulled them down I got dust in my eye and could not open my eye until the next morning. I checked the shelves above eye level the next day and they were covered in dust. The low shelves were dusted properly and I cannot say anything else was short of pristine cleanliness. :)

This was our second time in Barcelona, granted the location of the hotel was perfect and it was located right beside the Boqueria and La Rambla, overall our stay was not the most pleasant. The hotel appears new but we were provided with a very small room (the size of a closet) with no window. While the layout of the room was alright, the room was 26 degrees. We spoke to reception and were informed that nothing could be done and no portable fan could be provided (because our stay was in November). We could not sleep comfortably in the evening which was a challenge given our long days walking. The reception desk would not acknowledge us when we would walk in despite having to open the door for us. It’s so unfortunate that basic customer service skills do not exist. I would suggest staying elsewhere.

We normally have AC but just in November We switched it to heat, it was unfortunate that for few days the temperature in Barcelona had been up to 10ªC more than we expected. Nice, convenient and comfortable The property is quite new so all the rooms and common areas are super neat and fresh. My room was small but comfortable ( I booked a one person room so this was expected) the bunker beds were fun and different. The location is unbeatable, super close to Las Ramblas and the Boquerias market but not right on the main street where it can get noisy. Lot's of restaurants and cafes at walking distance, and it is a 10 minute walk from the huge department store "El corte Ingles" where you can buy groceries all the way to haute couture. I will definitely book again at TOC Las Ramblas.

Comfy little hotel near ramblas, the street looks sketchy but safe or at least was safe during my stay, the staff of the hotel is great very professional and makes you feel welcomed! Very important when international travelling.

Very clean and great staff! The parking garage nearby and is very clean and convenient. It is right before the hotel, don’t miss it or you need to go around the block to get back to it. I would go back.

Weekend break
It's a brand new hotel and the staff were very welcoming on the whole - although when we asked for more water to be filled in the reception area, our request was refused! Very strange. Being new there were clearly hiccups; the cold water tap in our room dribbled but the shower was very strong fortunately. it's ideally located just off the Placa de Catalunya and by Liceu Metro station.

Excelente ubicación, escogimos la habitación pequeña con litera, pero era lo justo y muy funcional. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudaron con indicaciones para ir al aeropuerto. Sin duda lo recomiendo!

Es un hotel minimalista, muy agradable te reciben en la habitación con una linda tarjeta. La habitación que nosotros elegimos es pequeña, sin embargo tiene áreas comunes donde puedes comer, el café está incluido y también hay espacios donde puedes trabajar. Gonzalo, Krios, Davide, Petros y Juliee te ayudan siempre, son super amables. Un lugar altamente recomendable!

Ottimo hotel posizionato a pochi passi dalla Rambla, plaza de Catalunya e dai mezzi di trasporto. Nuovo e ben curato, personale molto gentile e accogliente. Unico problema, credo fortuito o circoscritto , la mancanza di acqua calda al mattino. Consigliato comunque.

Me quedé en la habitación más pequeña y es realmente pequeña. Si vas a estar un par de dias en Barcelona y solo necesitas la habitación para dormir, lo recomiendo ya que esta muy cerca de la Rambla y metro. Por la noche salía un muy mal olor a cañería y no pude regular la calefacción.

Los cuartos son diminutos y se escucha los puertazos de otros cuartos y todo lo que hablan en corredores y cuartos continuos. Los desayunis y atención de Gonzalo excelentes SIEMPRE. En general es bueno solo eso.
