This hotel was incredible! The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The rooms aesthetic was too good and super comfortable. I can’t wait to visit again and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona!

The hotel was beautiful inside and out! Super close distance to a bunch of eateries and shopping. Hotel room itself was exactly as pictured, and the lobby was such a great place to hang out, have a drink and relax. Would definitely stay again!

Very good location but old facilities. Room narrow and hot. Temperature control doesn't work, reported to front desk but no repair at all. Bath tub is very slippery, easy fall down. Has to very be careful.

Overall this hotel is amazing! I really enjoyed the room with its high end toiletries and perfectly clean white linens. I had a room with a cute Juliette balcony, which truly added to the charm. The fridge was stocked with premium non-alcoholic drinks and wine (all for a fee). It was also really convenient that I could easily connect my Netflix account on the room's television. The only few things I didn't enjoy: it was really hot in the room and I was told that because it's winter (I visited in January) that the heat is always on unless I turn it off. Even when turned off, it was boiling. Opening the door to the balcony helped but I wish the temperature was easier to control. Also, it was a bit noisy ar night when the garbage trucks do the pick up around 12:30 am. The best could also be a bit more comfortable. With that said, the location couldn't be more perfect, and overall the room was excellent and beautifully decorated. The staff were also excellent.

Shocking customer service
I would give this minus 5 if I could. The hotel threw a party in the bar area until 3am (clean up until 3:30am) which kept us awake all night even on the 5th (top) floor. No one advised us of this on booking or on check in. We spoke with front desk on checkout about this and they accepted their fault and advised us to speak to hotels.com for a refund. We have since done this and they are now claiming everyone was informed and refusing to compensate. I wouldn't have stayed here if I had known. This level of customer service is despicable and shows total disregard to paying customers in favour of a cheap buck for a party. It's not a nightclub it's a hotel. Hotel customers should come first. Manager who has lied about telling us is Pau Carrasco. I advise you to look elsewhere for a stay.

Perfect stay
From arrival at the Hotel, the staff were amazing and very efficient. The Hotel is very central. The subway is only around the corner. All around the Hotel you have plenty of restaurants and bars. You can also eat in the Hotel as well as have a drink. Lovely setting.

Great Hotel in Central Barcelona
Great Stay - Amazing Location close to La Rambla and Plaça Catalunya. Room a little small for two people and balcony only sits one person - in a very small space. Beds are super comfortable and breakfast was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed and linens comfortable, very nice towels. The bathroom was in need of some updates and a deep clean. The amenities were sparse. We enjoyed our time here and the location was perfect.

I like the location of the hotel. The interior decoration is modern and chic. Staff was friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am. However, we weren't able to check in even an another early to get ready for our 3 pm tour. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was good.

Perfect location for exploring all the different neighborhoods. Only issue is since it’s in such a central location, it was slightly noisy during the day when trying to take a nap when there was a protest going on. Perfectly quiet at night though and everything else about the hotel was excellent including the lobby bar & dining area, and the rooftop bar.

The Hotel Pulitzer is a lovely boutique style hotel. It’s in a great location, close to transportation and Las Ramblas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was quite small but was all we needed. I would recommend them highly.

We had a wonderful time in Barcelona and the Hotel Pulitzer was a great choice for the hotel. The location is great, just a block off Las Ramblas and easy access to anywhere you would want to go. The room was nicely appointed and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
