Some staff member were not good. Not helpful. Very first day found small glass pieces in the room because bathroom glass door was broken halfway hanging. Glass pc went on my daughter's feet we showed them. They didnt feel to be bothered and was told that they will clean it. Again we came back late night and glass pcs were there at 11pm and they said we can chage your room now. We said its too late will put towels on the floor. Then they had a a big group checked in almost 100 people and 20 to 30 kids. Kids were running around in the lobby and every floor playing hide n seek.make loud noices at midnight. We called 3 times that can you please tell them to stop and even kids were knocking the doors and run away at midnight. Staff said we cannot do anything because big group checked in. Had no choice to leave the hotel that late. Next morning we had a flight to catch.. very bad experience. Even tjey said if you park here will charge you. I said give me few minutes to unload the bags.

This is a beautiful hotel. With modern decor and cozy yet comfortable rooms. I loved the memory foam pillows. The breakfast blew me away with the wide selection they had. Friendly staff that made you feel welcomed. Loved this place and would come back in the future.

Unfortunately, the connectivity with WiFi was bad - at least in the bedrooms. Otherwise, the rest was good - including the fact that there was a shuttle to attend the event - MWC Barcelona 2024

We spent 3nights it was really nice. But the problem was in the morning when we went for our breakfast. We did not know it was a buffet. The staff did not tell us so we went in sitting down waiting to be served food but no one was coming to us until everyone in the restaurant left we were like we haven’t eaten but the staff were looking at us like what’s wrong with these people. Until one of the staff came from the other side and asked what happened and we explained to he apologised to us and say it was a misunderstanding. But the next day we were okay. Everyone was happy. Apart from that little mistake it was okay.

The room looked a bit better on the photos. We were probably located in an older part of the hotel. Some malfunctions here and there but no big deal. WiFi in the room was kinda slow and kept disconnecting. Once you got out of the room it was okay. AC worked well. Great location, very close to stores like Lidl and the Castelldefells beach is so close you can just take a walk. Bus stop very nearby, train station requires a walk but still very close.

The property was selected because of "close proximity" to BCN. It was a 30 euro taxi ride unless you want to take a couple of buses that took about an hour to get there. The check in process was a long wait - over half hour in line. The hotel did not have our booking and I had to get the Expedia ref # and the clerk called to see if we had a reservation. This was upsetting because the hotel was fully booked. The hotel said that Expedia was not forwarding the reservations. I didn't receive a follow up from Expedia about the reservation, which makes me nervous to use Expedia. When we finally got to the room, the AC/heat wasn't working and finally it was fixed. The hotel advertises free wifi throughout the hotel but we were unable to get a strong signal. My partner checked and it was 3 mb, which is pathetic. There was one clerk who was helpful. The others were not. When we had trouble with the heating, the female at reception asked "What is heating?" Really??? Food in the hotel was good and the bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were spacious. Cleaning was done. Steam room and sauna were okay. The steam room felt dirty. Sauna was good but either were very hot. Didn't use the pool - unheated outdoor. I'll go to back to Sitges next time. It's easier and a prettier area.

It was a day night after closest to the airport for us. We spent the week in the heart of Barcelona and wanted something away from the city and about a 12 min taxi ride to the airport. Service was okay. Not the friendliest, most welcoming that I’ve experienced but it did what it had to.

Great Hotel Stay
Great location by the airport. Front desk secured taxi to the airport at 4:00 am. Nicely designed rooms with separation between quad beds. Very nice blackout curtains. Very clean. Great free amenities (toothbrush, shaving kit). Nice pool. Terrific location close to the beach.

Sort the Wi-Fi, everything else FANTASTIC.
Very modern hotel, spotlessly clean, big rooms, fantastic shower, lovely swimming pool. BUT unforgiveable in this day and age to have poor Wi-Fi, roaming data is so expensive yet I had to use it as the Wi-Fi was so poor....I'm so glad I wasn't working and having to use data for that.

The hotel is quite nice, it has a few good amenities such as gym, sauna, 2 pools, playground and baby play room. We were initially placed in a room above the terrace and it was so noisy in the evening that we couldn’t sleep at all. It’s a shame they change for the parking when there is lots of free parking on the nearby streets.

Pleasant place to stay. The area felt safe and was conveniently close to a few supermarkets and fast food restaurants in less than 5 minutes by walking. However issues with the card access each day was inconvenient. Issues regarding the sink blocked as well as broken soap dispenser. Also there were notable wear on the headboards of the beds as well as around all the faux leather furniture. Staff were helpful to requests when asked for assistance and issues resolved quickly but it was unexpected for a 4 star hotel.

Quiet location and great Hotel
This hotel is little away from Barcelona city Centre, Double bed was comfortable, Sofa bed was not good .It has private bathroom,lift and A/C.Room was clean.Good customer service.There was small fridge in the room . It would be useful if they keep microwave in the room. Breakfast was good but not worth for the amount we pay. Overall 4 star standard.

Very nice outdoor pool area. Staff courteous. 2km from beach. Carpet needs replacement in some areas. Otherwise super clean, nice amenities in room. No AC, which is normal but will surprise Americans.
