The perfect location for Barcelona!

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very conveniently located & the hotel staff was very warm & friendly. The concierge in the evening was exceptional - surely want to give him a special mention !

Nice location, main street

I didn't like the hotel.stuff is not educate, I have to stay there for 7 days. In room with a constraction view.when I ask person on reception desk to change room,they told me to room will be ready tomorrow, just pack you staff and we move you during a day time. So we did.they never move me,they forgot probably, and after all they told me there is no room available. and i have to unpack again,during my birthday day.I would never ever go there again!

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff

Pros: Location, decor ,staff , cleanliness and food.
Cons: Building a swimming pool
Location: Shopping and dinning. A lot of attractions to visit
The hotel was amazing and so were the staff. Always cheerful and ready to help. The food was very good too. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in hotels in all my travels. Very clean and the complimentary water was a welcome addition. The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to every where you want to go. It would have been nice if there was a swimming pool

Perfect Location

Pros: location and staff
Location: La Rambla is across the street, La Boqueria is a block away, the MACBA is a 15 min walk, cool shops, great restaurants (Luzia across the street)
The hotel is close to mayor point of interest, as in walking distance of MACBA, La Boqueria, right across La Rambla. the hotel staff was super friendly (specially Diego the concierge and Damiano from the coffee bar) i would definitely stay here next summer.

Terrible hotel

Pros: I don't like it at all.
I reserved king size bed room and when I checked in they recommend two double bed room in the sencond floor. They said it is a nice and quiet room, but it was too close to the street and it is very noisy. Also, the room is too small (even I paide $400/night) to unfold my trunk. I asked them to change the room, but they refused. It was terrible experience I ever had.
