クラシックな外観と心地よいサービスそして最高の立地

Pros: もてなす心があり、従業員の質が良い。
Cons: 特にない。
Location: グラシア通り駅から1分、高級ショッピング街に面し、サグラダファミリアはじめどこにいくにも徒歩圏。治安もよく、夜も歩いて出かけられる。
チェックインのときからの肌理細かな気配り。心地よいサービス。各部署のそれぞれが自分の持ち場で丁寧な仕事をしている。

Overpriced in Barcelona

Room size of closet. No water or coffee in room. Breakfast is $45euros . Lights go on in middle of the night. No place to put your luggage. Not what you expect from this brand. Instead of compensation for three lost nights of sleep they gave us transport to airport. Don't stay in room 512 unless you like getting up in the middle of the night to turn off lights. No longer. MO fan.

Hôtel très bien situé

Pros: Tout sauf wifi et le prix des suppléments.
Cons: Wifi payant. Petit déjeuner en supplément quelque soit le type de réservation.
Location: Situé au centre de Barcelone, beaucoup de visites à proximité ( ramblas, palais de la musique, casa de gaudi ...) shopping, nombreux restaurants.
Service de qualité à tous points de vue ( réception, personnel, propreté, amabilité). Très bonne situation Mais wifi payant: à notre époque c'est impensable pour un hôtel de ce standing et de son appartenance à une chaine de renom Petit-déjeuner continental correct mais à un prix un peu excessif, et toujours en supplément quelque soit la réservation. Petite piscine mais qui a le mérite d'exister avec une très belle vue sur les toits de Barcelone.

Perfect location - AMAZING staff and amenities

Pros: Location. Clean rooms. Amazing hospitality from the staff.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Located on Passage de Gracia (sp?)- walkable to all of the best shops and restaurants in Barcelona. Walkable to best tourist spots (Gaudi)
Just book this hotel and stop looking. Absolutely wonderful location comparable to staying on 5th or Park Avenue in New York City. Amazing staff - perfectly immaculate hotel. The rooftop terrace with bar is a beautiful place to start your evening.

Jewel among hotels in Barcelona

Pros: The staff, the food, the location and the garden at the back.
Cons: The carpet on the ramp out to the street could do with some cleaning.
Location: The hotel is in the heart of the main shopping street, Passeo de Gracia, close to the Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
The Mandarin Oriental is unquestionably the best hotel in Barcelona - the best location, wonderful staff and exquisite cuisine in all their restaurants. It is not often that every member of hotel staff is courteous, friendly, helpful and happy to bring a smile to your face. We were made to feel very special. And Moments is deservedly a 2-star Michelin restaurant.

Best hotel in Barcelona

Pros: great location, excellent service -- efficient and friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Cons: more counter space in the bathrooms, hooks for towels near the shower
Location: excellent location for shopping and dining
We've been to Barcelona over ten times so we know what we're talking about when we say that this is the best hotel there. From location to facilities to staff competence, there is nothing that comes close. The toiletries are the best of any top hotel chain. The rooms are trendy and comfortable, with special mention for the great beds. Any complaints are nitpicky but nevertheless worth mentioning, most of them involving the bathroom. In the two suites we stayed in over two visits, there was not enough counter space near the sink for anything more than the most basic of toiletries. It gets annoying to have to take a few steps to get something out of one's toiletry bag over and over again. There was no hook close to the shower to hang a towel and, again, one had to walk a few steps while wet to get one. The shower enclosures had no shelf so soap and shampoo had to be placed on a small table inside the shower stall. There was nowhere unobtrusive in the room one could put one's empty luggage. All of these are minor complaints but other hotels have managed to provide these conveniences.

新婚旅行と言ったらサプライズをしてくれました。 部屋にシャンパンが用意されてました。 部屋も広々アメニティグッズも有名店の物を使ってます。
