Absolutely lovely hotel! Amazing area with a taxi stand right beside it. Comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor pool and lounge area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice hotel! Good location!
This was a very nice hotel. I chose the Level and my room had floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city and sea...it was beautiful and I took awesome photos at sunrirse. I love that they have taxis waiting and its extremely easy getting to and from the hotel (most taxi drivers know the hotel by name). Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. The Level Lounge also had a nice view and good selection of wines, drinks and snacks. I would like to see more variety of snacks on diff days but it seemed the same every day. Also appreciate that my room was 2 steps from the elevator - so convenient!! Overall, I would recommend this hotel and the Level.

Super Dirty hotel
This by far the worst stay ever. Hotel rooms and hallways were super dirty and out dated. We stayed for 3 nights and for the price we payed I would not consider this hotel a 4 start. Maybe a 2 start. Again needs a lot of improvement, light, and cleaning to charge what they are charging per night.

They do not clean Rooms unless you call reception. Do not leave enough clean towels or toilet paper. And at night they cut the water supply. So, we have no water to shower at night. Will not return.

The staff was nice, but unfortunately there were several problems with the room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water upward and sideways getting water everywhere and had to be replaced. This prevented the shower from being used in any reasonable way for 2 days. The privacy curtain on the glass between the bathroom and bedroom literally fell off and so we needed to call staff to fix that. There was a massive yellow stain on the carpet that was covered (I assume intentionally) by the coffee table at the end of the bed and the door to the room sweaked everytime it was moved even slightly like a horror movie. Lastly, the hallways on the floor were all metal and looked like a storage facility. There was no offer of any compensation either for these issues and the customer/guest should not have to ask.

Great property and facilities in the hotel. Can't fault the service at restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I find myself unable to give a full 5 star recommendation due to their front desk staff. I had 4 interactions with front desk and all were unpleasant. At check in they told me they had no reservation for me. I spent the next 15 minutes on an international call, for the receptionist to realize it was her mistake). At check out, another receptionist did not want to serve us, despite the queue growing longer. She then proceeded to pick up the phone 3 times during check out. It took me 20 minutes to checkout when I had a plane to catch

We came a few hours after check in and the additional bed was missing from the room- I had to request it. Next day at already 3pm the room was still not cleaned, we had to request it again. There is not many working staff at the reception. The hotel itself is nice, so is the swimming pool and breakfast but it seems that the staff is not working very efficiently. It is not a cheap hotel but definitely not worth the price.

It’s not close to much which I knew this. Wasn’t a real problem just took taxi everywhere. You can walk to a beach and they have a pool but gets shade as the day goes on.

I wanted to reach out to express some major concerns during my stay. I will start with the positive. The staff was so welcoming, informative and helpful, best customer service. Thank you. However, We are leaving extremely disappointed in the stay. After staying in the hotel back in 2018 and so excited to come back, the hotel room was not in good condition. When we came back to the room on Monday the door was left open by the housekeeper and no one was around. That is extremely concerning as we had valuables and passports inside the room. On Monday the power went out for 2 hours with no Air conditioner it lights at 9pm. There is a smells in The room and bathroom that is awful. The bathroom was dirty, the lamb is broken. The lobby is kept up well, I wish I could say the same for the room. It is very sad that we did not want to return to the room each day.

Wonderful location if you like to go to the beach, in a couple blocks Rambla with a lot of restaurants. The best is BRISA! And nex to the hotel Sushi restaurant! Shower space is to small. Floor was not washed all week.

The Room was a LOT smaller than pictured on the website. The entire hotel was extremely/unusually warm!! I Press buyers the entire time I was there. You must leave your key card in the wall slot to have lights and air conditioning on....so when you leave the room and come back, you come back to a hot room!!!

EXCELLENT!
Amazing hotel!! The entire experience was great for us and really a great way to start our trip. We stayed for two nights, highly recommend including the breakfast at the rooftop with amazing panoramic views of the ocean and the city. Metro station is a 10-15 min walk and can be used to access other parts of the city. We took taxis on our night outs to come back to the hotel! Would come back!
