Multiple issues

Location: Great location with a lot to do
The AC didn't work, there were lose screws on the floor that they clearly didn't notice before we arrived, the patio was awkwardly outside our window but not for our room.

Nice hotel . 3/4 star not 5

Nice hotel in a good situation. Breakfast wasn't worth the money. Booked a superior room with double bed but still got two singles pushed together with two quilts was my only real issue but overall a good and convenient place to stay, not a five star more like a 3/4

parfait et je retournerai dans cet hôtel

Pros: l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel tout a été mis en œuvre pour rendre ce séjour agréable
Cons: ,,même en cherchant bien je ne trouve rien....il convenait parfaitement à mes attentes!
Location: bien situé au coeur de Barcelone, entre le quartier des boutiques, et le centre gothique , sur la Rambla très animée on peut profiter de tout....

Emplacement idéal

Location: Quartier très touristique, idéal pour le shopping , se divertir et se restaurer et visiter les lieux les plus importants de Barcelone.
Hotel idéalement situé, proche des principaux lieux touristiques de Barcelone et de nombreux restaurants, mais aussi des principales lignes de métro sans oublier l'aerobus en liaison directe avec l'aéroport. Personnel attentif à vos souhaits et toujours disposé à vous renseigner. Propreté de tout l'établissement remarquable. Petit déjeuner buffet très diversifié et axé sur des produits locaux en plus du traditionnel international, sans oublier un bar à jus vitaminés frais et variés chaque jour. Piscine de belle dimension sur le toit. Cet établissement 5 étoiles mérite votre attention si vous rechercher le rapport qualité/prix. Attention au choix de votre chambre, la nôtre située à l'étage 10 côté Rambla nécessitait l'usage de la climatisation en position minimale pour couvrir le bruit de la rue... raison pou laquelle nous indiquons un 4 au lieu d'un 5 pour cet aspect.

Location, decor and comfort!

This was my second stay in this hotel anD I have gladly chosen it as my hotel of preference in Barcelona. The location is perfect. Very centric and with walkable access to great restaurants, the main city plaza (Plaza Cataluyna) and other highlights. Recently remodeled and modernly decorated. Super comfy and excellent staff.

good hotel but not a 5 stars 3 would be fair

Pros: Very clean
Cons: the lack of service and the fact that it had been sold as a 5 stars
Location: only stayed one night before taking my flight
This is a good hotel but it has notting to do in the 5 star section it is a 3 star hotel and it feels like it, it is very clean but there is no service, no one helped me to get my luggages from the taxi to the room and th next morning the same there was no help to find a taxi or with the luggage.

Excellent centralized location to all city sites!

Outstanding experience, particularly the Hotel Mgr who took personal care of us upon a mishap with a stuck elevator the same day we arrived . To compensate for the inconvenience he not only upgraded us to a premium suite but sent us a plate of hams and cheeses .
