Pros and cons

Location: Couldn't get more central.
Amazing location, lovely downstairs public spaces. Great bathroom and very good sized bedrooms. Robe and slippers nice touch. Free bikes a bonus if I wasn't there on business. Bedrooms could do with some tlc (the only hotel tv I know that only has 6 channels, and those were poor signal!) and the noise from outside bedroom window was pretty constant all night, leading to a bad night's sleep when it shouldn't have been (comfy bed). Bad as I discussed with reception the following morning, that's the price you pay for a great location off the Rambla.

Location: It is next to Las Ramblas and surrounded by many areas of interest like the cathedral, wax museum, bars, restaurants, shops, the marina, etc
Beautiful & lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is good with a broad choice of cold food and adequate hot food. Tasty and good quality. You can ask the staff for fried eggs if you wish eventhough not on the choice presented. Juices and coffee are really nice with choices of fresh healthy mixed juices. . Bar has a lovely ambience and prices are reasonable. The outside area of the bar is on different levels. Do investigate. It is loveky and relaxing. The hotel is clean and tidy. Our family room was big enough for us and clean. You get the use of the safe free of charge. There is a mini bar but no kettle in the room, however, if you want one, just ask reception and they will get it for you. You get free wifi and they can lend you an ipad if you wish. You can also buy tickets for sightseeing tours at reception. We Felt very welcomed And will definetely return. My little girls loved the palace hotel teddys they got on our last day there. The staff, all of them, are outstanding.

Pros: De ontbijtruimte is gerenoveerd en veel gezelliger dan vroeger. Goed uitgebreid buffet.
Location: Toplocatie ! Vanaf hier is alles goed bereikbaar.
Dit is de 3 de keer dat we hier verblijven. De kamers zijn steeds kraaknet. Het personeel is supervriendelijk.

Pros: Personnel disponible Cadre surprenant par rapport à l extérieur Bien placé sur la rambla
Cons: Clientèle un peu bruyante
Location: La proximité de la rambla permet de visité un grosse partie des sites à pied et également en transport en commun
Il vaut bien ses quatres étoiles Très agréable avec ses petit jardins son bar à l intérieur

Location: En un inicio se siente inseguridad, pero al pasar de los dias se nota que hay vigilancia. Lo que si es que hay mucho vagabundo o drogadictos.
Esperaba otra cosa por el precio, ya que es un hotel remodelado. El mantenimiento es nivel medio. Pero si es recomendado para descansar. Lo positivo es que esta en el corazon de Bacelona y todo queda a un paso.

Pros: Location and room.
Perfect location on the Ramblas. We had a room facing the courtyard so it was very quiet. Everything was terrific from the staff to the room.

great location

Location: the location was perfect, it is a very good starting point
the room were a little noisy, the air conditioning very noisy the staff was ok.

Best Location

Pros: I took the family room, the room is large two adults with two children, well equipped for families, the hotel is within walking distance of all tourist attraction in Barcelona and 1 min from the subway.
Cons: There is no elevator for the families rooms. Will return to the Hotel on my next visit in Barcelona. kids like the hotel and hotel location. I have nothing bad to say on the hotel.

Miguel rocks

Pros: The very best part were the staff, in particular, Miguel, who was truly outstanding & who went way out of his way to assist us in every single aspect of our great stay. We have never had any staff, in any hotel, help us as much as Miguel did. The breakfast was great, our room fine & the location perfect.
Cons: Whatever little things that may not have been perfect, were rectified immediately by Miguel & his colleagues on the day shift.
Location: The location was great, close to everything - the bus stops, the monuments, shops.
