Gothic Area

Pros: Central location. Bright. Nice patio.
Cons: The apartment could use more storage and conveniences such as a cutting board, coffee table, towel hooks, etc.
Location: Great location! Close to the Rambla, marina, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc.
Our experience started out negatively when the cab arranged by the staff charged what we soon discovered was double the usual rate to get from the airport to the Gothic Area. The apartment itself is a nice size and bright but cheaply and inadequately furnished. The bathroom is small and there is only one hook for hanging towels. Two towels (one large, one small) are provided and there are additional towels in a cupboard but the guest book says 5 euros will be charged for extra towel use. There is insufficient storage and shelving and absolutely nowhere to put things so you are tripping over your luggage. The couch is really a bed and very uncomfortable to sit on. There is no coffee table in the living room so you have to use a bedside table or put things on the floor - rings on the floor indicated others did this too. The kitchen didn't even have a cutting board. There is a nice balcony but no outdoor furniture. The apartment is central and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. which is the main selling feature.

דירה צרה לא מרווחת . התמונה מטעה. קיבלנו חדר ללא מיזוג אוויר. 3 ימים התלוננו ורק ביום הרביעי טרם עזיבתנו הגיעו לסדר. אין קליטת. אינטרנט למרות שכתוב שיש. השירותים דלפו המיקום קרוב לרמבלס . המוני אך מרכזי.

Usedvanlig usjarmerende og upersonlig behandling, gale informasjoner, vanskelig å få ut nøkler med kodelåser. Ingen respons ved forsøk på tilkallingsvikarer. Never again !

Great Location!

Perfect location next to La Rambla and La Boqueria. Spacious apartment. We arrived after 8pm, easy self check in. Housekeeping staff was helpful. Not the case with the front desk, we called for information and the agent was very rude.

Nice apartment just off La Rambla

The apartment was clean, spacious with all amenities you will need. It would have got higher rating but there is construction going on around the building. Luckily they don't start work till 9am. Unfortunately there was also a large party of guys on the upper floor who made a lot of noise but you can get this problem no matter where you stay. The apartment is right on La Rambla great location would definitely go again.

Loistava sijainti

Keskellä La Ramblaa oleva mukavan kokoinen huoneisto. Avaimet piti hakea vähän kauempaa mutta loppuen lopuksi sekin paikka löytyi helposti. Keskeisen sijaintinsa vuoksi kaikkialle oli kävely matka. Ruokakauppa oli ihan lähellä ja hyville shoppailu alueille pääsi kadun ylittämällä. Ainoa miinus että huoneistossa oli jokaista astiaa vain neljä kappaletta joten porukalla matkustaessa se asetti omat haasteensa.samoin sisäänkirjautuessa piti tehdä tililtä 250€ katevaraus mahdollisia lisäkuluja varten vaikka olimme maksaneet koko hinnan jo varatessa.asiasta ei ollut missään mainintaa etukäteen. Suosittelisin silti kaupungin syykkeestä nauttiville!
