Hotel is conveniently close to airport and public transportation. Room seems to be clean and relatively well maintained. As far as services and front desk staff they are subpar. For every service hotel charges. To weight your luggage, to use computer. Word about the breakfast, we did not expect to have one anyway, but they charge 13 euro per person and they tell you right at your check in, while any place around for a half of the price you can get better deal. Special about frond desk staff - incompetent and not attentive. We have asked multiple times about directions to the nearest train station and did not get a clear and concise answer and no attempt at any point to help.

I am sorry to hear that some of the aspects of our hotel didn't live up to your expectations.
We do charge to weigh the bag as it is a service that an external company provide us. We do however print boarding cards free of charge for our guests.
As for breakfast we have a very extensive buffet which cost 13 € per person and has a lot of choice such as fresh fruits, hot foods, coffee, toast, orange juice and more. It is correct as, you say, that we give this information to our guests when they check in in order to them to plan their stay.
