Super friendly staff! The room was okay but location is nice. Parking is hard to come by. Great stay.

Pros: Room space and location
Cons: wifi
Hotel very well located and a great hotel room; however, it is probably the worst wifi connection I ever had in any hotel, not even the payable one worked. Do not expect to be able to work (just sending a few emails) in this hotel.

Friendly service and close to metro

Good stay - friendly welcome, only stayed 2 nights this time so limited time in hotel but super comfy bed and close to Metro.

Dirty...

Pros: Close to metro and quiet
Cons: Couldn't say anything good about it
Location: Close to metro.
Room was badly smelly..Bathroom dirty.Duvet cover dirty and nobody bothered to change it.Towels never been changed also even though we left on the floor.Housekeeping always blocked corridor with their trolley so imagine fire safety standards

Good location

Hotel was fine for our short break, and conveniently located next to El Puxet Metro station (choose L7 line). There was a festival on our first night at local market / plaza, and would have been good if hotel knew about it. But guess it was for us to explore and find out.

Would stay again

Great bed . Room was a good size .Staff friendly . Parking difficult. Hotel wanted 18! Euros a night to park car.

Claudia, the front desk clerk, was absolutely superb. Because of a mix up on my part, she stepped up... she found us another hotel room in Madrid, bought our train tickets and called us a taxi- all within one hour...and was absolutely charming through the whole ordeal. Mucho gracias!!
