I think everything in this hotel is slightly run down and damaged, had a bathroom with a broken tile in the shower and the bed was falling to pieces

The staff is amazing , very friendly and professional . The check in process is smooth . The rooms are great but they could use some TLC , cleanliness could be improved significantly in the rooms and broken parts of showers should be addressed. Apart from that the location is great .

The hotel seemed to be well located. The staff was very friendly and kind. They also let us check in early free of charge. However for what you do pay the room was pretty beet up the leather on the bottom of the bed was all peeled off tiles in the floor were all cracked the door way frame was broken rusting on the framing all along the floors it wasn’t very clean either

Pleasant stay at the Mirror!
Stayed at the Mirror with other relatives to attend our son's wedding. I especially would like to complement the staff at the front desk during the weekdays. The woman in charge was so nice, friendly and helpful(wish i knew her name). The young man there as well was so nice, joking with us and made us feel welcome! Thank you for helping us enjoy our week long stay from the US!

The hotel room was really worned down. Tiles in the shower missing, bed and walls scratched, cupboards door crooked. We either had freezing cold water to shower or boiling hot.
We booked 2 tickets to sagrada familia with the hotel but they gave us only 1. So the day of, we got turned back at the sagrada. They canceled and gave us new ticketd for later during the week. Good thing we didnt book it for the last day.
Also asked the kitchen the reheat a bowl of rice for me because I was sick and it was the only thing i could eat, and they were really rude and refused.
So overall we were not stoked. Good enough location though. Close to a metro and quiet.

Staff was ok, room wasn’t in the best shape, small room, no air vent in the restroom, no option to open the window, not really clean also, sink wasn’t really draining, the pool was dirty and shabby.
The hotel location is great. Wouldn’t return or recommend

I fell getting into the bathtub, slipped while getting in as there is not any nonslip grip or pads while getting in or out of the tub. I was significantly hurt, and the property did nothing about it, the staff was rude when we alerted them of what happened and offered us a towel to putu done to prevent slipping, which only cause more slippage! I have asked to be reimbursed for my pain and suffering with no response, next stop is my lawyer.

Loved the staff !!! The property is a little worn and being decorated all white doesn’t help. However, the hotel is clean and safe, in a great location, breakfast was good and the food area is well maintained. It’s been 10 years since I visited and would stay again. Props to the overnight guy, he was so nice and helpful even though some of the guests weren’t.

Lovely clean Hotel with very helpful friendly staff. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Comfortable walking distance from main attractions. Had a lovely stay, would recommend.
