2 - 3 star hotel

Cold to sleep at night , damp cold room - thermostat not working . Gym and spa wasnt open on scheduled times , took 1 hour to wait and had to ask 3 times for someone to open it. It is actually far from town , i would advise booking hotel closer to town as this one is a bit remote - one night we had a crazy man chasing us on a motorbike wanking ... staff was okay, breakfast was strange , not much choice , not best quality products and items cooked on request were a bit small ( ordered pancakes and got one pancake on a plate so i then ordered 3 more portions to get a proper breakfast ) . The room gets cleaned very well. Also 4 star hotel should have complementary water in the room and they didnt offer that. Area by the pool was nice, great feature. Good parking. Also bathroom lights a bit dim , and felt too dark. Overall i would say this is a 3 star hotel , needs quite a few tweaks to reach for that 4 star... would not come back , sorry

Good hotel

Modern comfortable hotel. Nice pool and good breakfast. 35 min walk into old town. 20 mins from railway stataion. Can walk to hotel if get airport bus to station - takes 20 mins.

Beautiful Gardens, Average Hotel

Desk staff preoccupied with other things. Room is stark, not cosy. Restaurant overpriced and under quality.

Nice hotel in the middle of a ghetto surrounded by what looks like are housing projects ..not a nice view

Nice hotel with lovely, helpful staff.

Cons: We were only given 1 card between 2 of us, which made it slightly difficult when 1 of us wanted to use the gym whilst the other stayed in the room.
Location: The old town, beach, shops, restaurants and several train stations are all within walking distance. Beautiful place.
We had such a lovely time here and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everything is kept clean and the spa was a nice bonus.

Beautiful hotel close to train station and port

Beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and accomodating in giving me a late checkout, storing my bags and on returning in the evening, allowing me to relax in their lounge area before calling a taxi to take me to the port.

Unexpected gem.

We had an unexpected flight delay and needed to book a room last minute in Bari for the night. We took a chance on this property and were quite pleased. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and fortunately the restaurant was still open. We had a nice late nice snack. Our room was more than we expected, a nice view and a terrace. All in all it was a really good experience. We highly recommend this property.

fix the air con

the hotel is great the location isnear the station but in heat of 30 degrees at 2200 the air conditioning NEEDS TO WORK
