The manager Francesco went out of his way to welcome us first finding a free parking spot and then personally guiding us to the B&B. He also recommended several dining places which were some of the best meals we’ve had in Italy. Great room on quiet street off the very busy Main Street right in the heart of it all. Breakfast is excellent. The wine bar at the facility is great. Would return for sure.

Very unique set up. Each apartment is in a trullo which is very different. Front desk was very helpful. What I didn’t like is that the trullo is 5 minute walk from the check in area. Luckily it wasn’t raining. Looks like each of about 18 trullo apartment are scattered over several areas. Parking is an issue since the trullos are inside the no traffic area. So nothing that the owners can do other than help you with your luggage for the 5 minute walk from the parking area. It was really hot and the air conditioning did not work well and made sleeping very difficult. All in all, it was a very unique experience and I would come back

You consider 5 minutes walking a so great problem but you're talking about 300 meters of distance: the same that you'd have in a touristic village to go in the different places.We don't know the AC standards you like but all the guests that lived the same units (two Suites instead of the Superior you booked with a free upgrade that you don't mention in the judgement).Anyway we're happy that you considered you experience as unique and in the next time you'll want to visit us again we'll do the best to let your stay totally aligned with your expectations.Warm regards.

We enjoyed staying in a truili and one night probably would have been enough (we stayed 3) For what we paid, the accommodation was good. The reception staff were very friendly helpful.

Okay. Lovely town. Hotel is in an area that was difficult for Google maps to navigate, kept trying to head us up pedestrian walkways. Not the hotel’s fault but it would assist if they provided directions. Also site had indicated that parking was free and on-site. You had to pay and it was a few blocks away down a hill. Manager did assist and dragged bags up for us.

Thank you for your feedback. It is precious for us. We notice to all our guests (if we have their e.mail address) all the news they need to park and to join our reception. The free parking are near but no one can assure they are availables in the moment the guest arrives. But, there's a private parking far only 150 mt from our reception and we're always happy to support our guests for every need.

Great location, reasonable price, too many cob webs, and room never got warm even with the heaters cranked to 29, went for breakfast stood there waiting for someone to greet me, finally left and paid for my own breakfast elsewhere.

Trulii e Puglia who own the truli we stayed in, own several and ours looked nothing like the publicity photo. You can't get your car to it to start with and have to park several hundred yards away, albeing quite cheaply. The inclusive breakfast is privided in the owners bar and cafe in the main street through the trullli district and was a typical italian 'continental' breakfast. The truli itself was in excellent condition having been beautifully retsored with the largest walk-in shower I've ever seen. Excellent bedroom with aircon and a large living space with fridge and cooking facilities. It was an experience but slightly on the expensive side.

Very nice experience staying in a trullo, the check in process was simple and the check-in counter employee was efficient. Breakfast is served at a shop next door which was delicious. In my search I only considered hotels with air conditioning and parking and this hotel came up, which is misleading because neither were available. However, we had a pleasant stay as the trullo was cool on the inside despite the hot weather. As for the car, we found a parking lot a few hundred yards away.

Air Conditioning is available in all our rooms, the reason why it was off was due to the fact that cold temperatures had left us only a couple of days before, therefore, the inside of the houses were still fresh being stone-made. If we turned on the air-con within an already fresh enviroment that would turn very quickly to a cold one creating a not comfortable situation for your stay. Regarding the parking issue, on our profile on Expedia is very clearly specified that we don't have on-site parking being our location within a Limited Traffic Zone, but there are parking options available only few meters away. Check in was quick even though they were busy. Reception very helpful arranging shuttle service from bus station, and then Alberobello to Bari. Pasquale and stuff very efficient. What a great experience.

The real best of Arberobello.

The trulli are so cool. It is really a must. But it was not overwhelmingly comfortable.

Very nice character room, small bathroom
Beautiful traditional Trullo, with kitchen, living room and bedroom, all in stone. The bathroom, though, was very small and the shower had no screening. Uncomfortable to use.

Dear Clients, Thanks for your time on writing this review. Unfortunately (or luckily) trulli are ancient historic habitations where bathroom was inexistent altogether. Therefore, we had to manage the space we had to create our modern bathrooms inside a habitation where large bathrooms wasn't even concepted. Also, due to your anonymousity, I am not able to see which category of room you booked, but I guess, you've slept inside one of our standard trulli which tends to be one of our smallest rooms cause of their lowest price tag. Next time, we suggest you to book one of our superior or suite rooms so you can enjoy much bigger spaces and bathrooms. We hope to see you back in Alberobello for another fantastic experience. A Night in a Trulli
Really enjoyed my stay, however brief, in my own trulli at Trulli e Puglia. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The bed was quite comfortable, although the pillows were a bit high and too firm for my liking but this is an individual taste. The manager was very kind and patient in helping me navigate to the train station the following morning. They also gave me breakfast to go as I was leaving early. Visiting the trulli was a highlight of my trip.

A most unusual place, very friendly, helpful and informative check in, chatted over a welcome drink of local wine, We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. We were on a cycling trip and I had a problem with my bike. The hotel staff were very helpful in contacting a local repair shop for me. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I would highly recommend it
Just unique town. Absolutely not to be missed. Wonderful architecture i& ambience. Sweet we stayed in was fantastic. The interior design & architecture was unlike anything we’ve ever stayed in before.I would highly recommend it.
