Superb service
The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and more! Starting at the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant, to our cappuccino lady at breakfast, our maid service, and the free parking! What an amazing experiencing we had, and I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to family and friends!

Great facility. The breakfast was very good. Only issue was I stayed an additional night and the shower drain was clogged in new room and flooded bathroom. They responded well when I made them aware of the issue.

Very great place for stay awesome Hotel. Staff were super friendly and awesome. Only disappointing is Taxi service ( It’s not hotel owned) this specific driver he ripped us of took advantage of Tourist and over charged, taking Taxi please check your distance and ask up front to ensure they charging fair, Thanks.

Incredibly helpful staff from the moment I booked on-line to the check-out process! They really went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and had no issues along the way. Shortly after I booked, I received a phone call from the hotel to ask if I had any questions and to clarify what type of room I needed (I was traveling with my family including two children). They proactively sent a map of the area and suggested making dinner reservations in advance due to the busy nature of the restaurants in the area. The hotel was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The rooms (we had adjoining rooms) were spacious enough for our family to not be crowded. The hotel is situated nicely in a quiet area that is still very walkable to the main part of town with all of the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Alba and would highly recommend the hotel.

Well appointed room, helpful staff, fresh fruit plate. The Monterosso Suite on the 7th floor was very spacious and has a huge balcony over looking the city center.

Amazing hotel in our night stop in Alba
It was a last minute decision booking as we run out of time for our next distinction. And it turn to be a gold find. The hotel was very exceptional on all sort of way . Near to the center , big and clean and clean room plus with parking. Just the breakfast was a little disappointed not much choice but still good.

Excellent spot for touring wine country
Very nice hotel within walking distance of Alba. Staff was very helpful and gave us excellent vineyard recommendations. Also, we had easy parking. Breakfast was very good.

Exceptional Hotel
We loved this hotel. We didn't realize we booked an apartment, which is next door, but it was PERFECT for us since we were traveling with our adult daughter. It was incredibly spacious with 2 large bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large bathroom. The service was incredible, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the finishes, fabrics and extra touches were luxurious. Also, the location is walking distance from excellent restaurants and the shopping district. I plan to go back to Alba soon and will stay here again.

Our favorite hotel in Alba
We have stayed at Hotel Calissano on four consecutive visits to Alba, usually in the fall, during truffle season. It feels like home to us. In a world of modern, sterile, cookie-cutter hotels, it's refreshing to stay at a hotel with charm.

The hotel is very convenient to central Alba. It is very neat and clean. The front desk staff with the exception of Bruno who was great, was nice but not as helpful with questions as we've come to expect in Italy. Several times we were left to book things on our own or find out about them ourselves whereas at other properties the front desk staff/concierge would either book a dinner for us or find out the answer to a question if they didn't know.

Convenient Business Hotel near Alba Center
A good, clean and well kept business style hotel that is only 5 minutes walk from the Centro Storico (historic town center) of Alba. Beds were comfortable and breakfast buffet was of an expected quality.
