The property was nice and valet and service was excellent. We didn’t realize this but after 2pm there is no sun on the beach or pool… which is sort of a bummer!!! Also while we were there the elevators did not work, luckily we were on the 6th floor and could walk but others weren’t as fortunate.

They have the worst management team and no coordination whatsoever. We were given a room that wasn’t ready upon our arrival and nothing in the room was working.
