“The room was used when we arrived. Poo in toilet/bed not made & nothing cleaned from prior guest. Had to wait 45 minutes for the cleaner to arrive to clean it in over 35 degree heat & wait for it to be minimally cleaned. I was told we would receive a refund & have the room free of charge & have not received funds back.”

“We chose this place as couldnt find anything else in area dog friendly. We have stayed in many dog friendly accommodation previously and unfortunately this one scores very low for us Cleanliness was questionable, dust on tables, television screen and bedside tables.
