The water pump failed on my second last night (Sunday, Sept 10) and the property had no running water. They didn’t know when it would get fixed. No refund issued per the hotel, nor Expedia. Had to check out and go elsewhere for two nights. Never staying here again.

Worst experience, stay away.
When I booked it I requested a hotel near the airport, this hotel was either 45 or 60 minutes away. Too far. I lost resting time because I had an early connection flight. The refrigerator was nasty with mildew. The room was extremely hot. It took a long time for the room to get cool.

We wanted to stay in Barranquilla for the carnival & this hotel proved to be excellent. Near enough to walk to our seats each day but just far enough away to be quiet in the evenings.. Staff were very nice - particularly the manager who arranged everything we needed- even serving breakfast at 6.30 so that we could catch our flight. Nothing was too much trouble. Let down a little by the bedrooms but they were comfortable & hotel was obviously undergoing improvements,

Not perfect but very good
Super friendly staff. They gave me tips for walking in the area. The breakfast was good. Room was small but clean. They were in the middle of construction but had no problems with noise. Wifi sucked. That was the one negative but other than that a good experience. I don't speak great Spanish but staff was really patient and sweet with me.

Pleasant for a short stay
This is a hotel where local travelers from other towns stay when doing business in Barranquilla. It is, therefore, not a luxury spot, but everything was in working order, the bed was extremely comfortable, the a/c did its job beautifully. The staff was friendly at all times, helpful, attentive. If you are using Barranquilla as your home base for day trips to other parts of the Colombian Caribbean, you will be well served to stay at a hotel like this, where the savings will go a long way to covering your other adventures.

Overall a good hotel
Overall a good hotel to stay, for the price you can't say nothing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, but little. Have TV and air condition. Hotel is in the center of the city so ideal for business trip. For vacations better search hotel more in the north.

My overall experience wasn't a good one. I had to move room 6 times , I kid you not 6 times ; because of bad ac units or no hot water etc. The staff was always nice and helped me move each time.

Airport Layover
We were only there for 5 hours to rest between flights. The front desk clerk was very accommodating for our late night hours. He got us a cab for the morning and watched our luggage so we didn't have to haul it upstairs and back down again.

Okay hotel and in a nice location. Friendly staff but not helpful when it came to asking about places to go and where to eat. Terrible beds hard as a rock Had to pay for shampoo which is even standard in motels.

El mantenimiento es nulo y el mobiliario es pésimo,todos los muebles se caen por el deterioro la mesilla de cama doblada todas las cosas se caen al suelo , Los grifos sueltos y rotos, las cortinas difíciles de manejar, el agua caliente nunca llega solo templada. La toalla pequeña y solo una. A parte de eso el personal trabaja muy bien y es servicial. Pero el hotel necesita reformas urgentes.
