It is a very nice place to stay. I gave four stars because I thought the pool and hot tub were not clean enough. The water in both was quite cloudy and felt unclean. Breakfast was adequate as well.

It had a nice open area with a pool and hot tub. The full breakfast had a good selection and was good for the price.

The reception was terrific when we arrived and our room was quite nice. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there was something going on with the pool and hot-tub (the pool water was cloudy and had things floating in it and the hot-tub had brown water. We didn’t use either.

-stayed here 20 yrs ago, place is showing its age. -restaurant on site has limited hours which are NOT posted on website. -keep the pool closed during breakfast hours - screaming kids and echoing pool noise NOT appreciated oduring breakfast. -front staff was fine

Over all the stay was fine. This was supposed to be a nonsmoking property. But there are cigarette butts right outside the door on the ground. The hallway going to the pool was not cleaned the two days I was there. The pool was cloudy. The hot tub was not hot. The breakfast selection was great. The room was ok. I was a little surprised that we got the “upgraded room”. I am afraid to see what a regular looks like. The bed was comfy at least. The shower was so tiny. If you are a big person I’m not sure how you’d shower in there. The staff was very nice. The location is great. You can walk right next door to shopping and food.

Hotel was dark and dated. Kids loved the pool and the atrium style was nice but water was cloudy in the pool and hot tub and there was a terrible rubber/mold smell. House keeping emptied garbage and replaced one towel and plastic cups but did not make the beds. Will try elsewhere next time in Midland.

The kids loved the pool and breakfast buffet. We were on a gymnastics competition day so it was perfect. Beds/pillows very comfortable. Love the microwave and fridge in the room. Great place, good value.

The floors in the lobby and headed to the pool were very dirty and damaged. Pool and hot tub were run down and could be cleaner. Hot tub was not hot, more like bath water. Rooms were ok. Usb plug didnt work.

Excellent pool and indoor terrace! Breakfast was far better than most hotels as well. Rooms are dated but the staff is excellent and maintains the place. We used the hotel as a stopping place for heading to the cottage and for the kids to have a swim. Honestly, highly recommend as the price is fair, location is great for conveniences (not scenery) and staff!

The staff and manager were so great. There was a very busy weekend at this hotel and not one staff seemed frustrated or rude. The pool was cleaned on a regular basis, the breakfast that was included was excellent. The rooms were clean and well looked after. Thank you to everyone that looked after us!

All was good, but the swimming pool water was pretty milky and the hot tub was worse. Please note that the swimming pool and the hot tub are located in an open area next to the dining area. Only hotel guests can access the pool but anyone walking through the hallway can see the pool.

The Pool, Sauna and Hot tub was clean and nice and The Staff were very nice and friendly. The property was nice and safe. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The only things that I would change is the Pollows which were smaller than standard pillows and the room was a bit out dated. The biggest flaw was very small showers. It was very small for someone who is 6 feet tall and likes space. It would have been better if the showers were bigger and the rooms not outdated. Overall I'd rate it 4 Stars out of 5 and would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there's lots of dining options near the hotel. At the end of the day it is a 3 star hotel, the value is great but it is a little old and outdated. Our shower had some nasty adhesive from an old bath mat stuck to the bottom. The hot tub was more of a warm tub, and had a nasty smell. The sauna was the saving grace though. If you're looking for good value and a quick stay I think you'd be happy with Quality INN. If you want a nice hotel with cool amenities you might want to temper your expectations or look elsewhere.

My son and I chose this location based on 3 things: proximity to ski hill, hottub and breakfast. Although the hottub was not as hot as it should have been, a welcome surprise was the very warm pool and the dry sauna. Other surprises were a pool table which my boy thought was great. Overall, it suited our purposes. Thanks
