We only stayed one night, so we did not have too much interaction with the hotel staff, but check-in was fine. We did not use the restaurants or other facilities. We rented a 1-bedroom suite in the cranberry club. The suite was spacious, fairly well equipped, and reasonably clean .... but everything about the building construction said `cheap-cheap-cheap`. Main entry for suites is at the rear, very cramped, you feel like you are coming into a basement (the ground floor suites are partially below grade). Very poor fit and finish on interior and exterior construction. The lobby entry door scraped on the floor and made a terrible screech that could be heard up and down the hallway. Popped drywall joints in the bathroom ceiling. Various obvious painting and touch up repairs throughout the suite. Gobs of silicone sealant around the tub surround and plumbing fixtures. Light switches bent, damaged, protruding from of the walls. Skimpy on the soap and shampoo. No ice machine on our floor. These sorts of small details just did not give me a quality feel. A little more attentiveness to cleaning in the nooks and crannies would have helped. We enjoyed our stay well enough - but overall I would say that the hotel was `just OK`.
