Easy Highway access, conveniently located to family and friends. Hotel needs an upgrade in some areas, our bathroom paint was peeling off the ceiling from a lack of ventilation for shower but the room was clean and quiet.

Hotel is kind of out dated, but washroom and bed is very clean and comfy. Friends have a little problem of kids running around in the hallway, very noisy.

My room wasn't cleaned the whole time I was there, which was 5 nights. The clerk who checked me in charged me an extra $45 a night, and was not even friendly. The pool was open 2 nights of my stay. The restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was very good and the desk staff at checkout was very perosnable and helpful.

Our stay was great, room clean beds very comfortable. Quiet, visited pool and hot tub nice and clean. It was a Sunday so restaurant was closed unfortunately. Was able to walk to nearby restaurant. Will stay again when in area!

Check in was quick and simple friendly staff ,room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately parking was a bit of a problem when I returned around 11pm maybe due to the snow but had to park the other end of hotel with a long walk to my room,restaurant hours not very good open late close early like 10pm so don’t expect a late night meal or drinks.

Arrived late go to park and there is no parking spots anywhere close to our entrance. Was kept up till 2:30 am with kids running down hall had called front desk around midnight. When booking it said there was breakfast to find out it was not included and $18.95 per person. The bed frame anytime you rolled over or moved it squeaked. Stayed here so we would get a good night sleep and feels like we didn’t even sleep at all Told front desk of our concerns and just received a smile and head nod and said nothing can be done. Very poor experience and do not recommend

Safe and clean hotel. Staff are great. I'd recommend this hotel over a lot of the others, however the toilet is too small and the pillows aren't the greatest. I'd still suggest this hotel over a lot of the others in Barrie.

This is an aging property that is decent enough but the details are lacking. Carpets are folding in the middle stairwells are dirty. And it seemed like there are some rooms where some sketchy people live/stay.

Wonderful experience
Upon check-in, I was offered an upgraded room for free so I would be in a quieter section of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet - a little dated, but unless you’re concerned about the most recent decor, it was quite nice. The pool, spa, and hot tub were AMAZING. This will be our go-to hotel in Barrie from now on.

Our bed was broken. We checked out three hours. After arrival there was not another king size bed suitable so we’re hoping we can make arrangements for a stay another night for free.

It was very noisy my first night there..one of the noisiest hotel stays I've ever had. The linens smelt like bleach. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

Toilet backed up. Called front desk and asked for a plunger to be brought up to room. Never happened. Hotel lost power late evening. Was off all night and still off when I left. Froze in room. Got zero sleep. Stayed there a few times....will have to consider elsewhere next time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, surprised in a good way that the Sauna and hot tub were working (was under impression it wasn't). The room was good, nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel. Disappointed that the pool was closed, but other than that I was happy with my overall experience. I would stay here again.
