Filtgy steep short step stairs, fake free breakfast advertize, rude manager, sketchy hotel.. never book it. Better pay 15 bucks more and stay at super 8.. you will recover 15 by having good breakfast.and good room there

Booked a king room for 2 adults. The room is nice and big but here are my issues: • no bathroom tissue (good thing we're prepared, experienced travelers, and had some in the car) • the bathroom/shower area is rather small/cramped (good water pressure though) • there were only 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 1 floor towel, and two small bath towels for 2 adults • there were two small pillows that when you lay on them it was like nothing was there, so asked for two more and got them within a few minutes • the cable box wasn't working, so we called front desk about it and the young gentleman (clerk) acted like it was a bother to have to come and fix it • the mattress was very hard (firm) and could barely move the next morming. *** They were not accomodating with either changing the mattress or letting us switch rooms. We were told that we couldn't switch rooms because then they would have to have the cleaners clean 2 rooms instead of 1 • speaking of cleaners, our room wasn't even cleaned. I don't think they even went into the room

Hi my name is Shahram. I booked this so called motel from Expedia and moved there by 4 nights. I DO NOT recommend this terrible place to any one. Dirty, noisy and unsafe. We waited 2 hours in a cold night for the man who was managed this place. We called several times but there were no answer. Finally we found him sleepy and high. He couldn't walk and he was not oriented and paired. I'm so sorry to tell you that in this place you are not guests. Just you have a key and a dirty and smoky room to stay

We had a great stay. The ability to drive directly up to the room door. Sit outside enjoy the sunshine. The room was freshly renovated with all new furnishings. Bathroom was bright, clean with new vanity toilet and shower. A/C worked excellent and we had a great night sleep.

We are working very hard and our housekeepers take their time to clean every corner of the room. I talked to the staff working on the day and he said your stay was good and you have got one of the best rooms at the property. You visited office couple of times during your stay but did not mention anything about dirty room to the staff. We will address this to our housekeeping staff .

Loved the fact that it was on Little Lake. My mom grew up in little lake area, but not this Little lake. Never knew any other little lake exsisted other than the one 4 hrs south of here

This place was absolutely disgusting. We walked into our room and within 15 mins checked out. There were stains everywhere, cob webs, and dirt all over the wall. The guy behind the counter was incredibly understanding and gave us a full refund.
