The building is quite old and outdated. As soon as you get in it smelled weird. The room was not the nicest. The bathroom super old and definitely needs a renovation (like the entire building). When you open the bathroom door, it touches the shower curtain rod, it’s so small and tight. The bathroom sink is outside the actual bathroom. All in all I would not recommend that hotel to anybody. I didn’t feel comfortable at all.

I had to wait a very long time to check in and when I got to my room it was dimly lit, the carpet was very dirty, as was the bathtub, and there were lots of flies flying around. The door was also dirty and sticky. The signs warning of vehicle theft everywhere did not make me feel very safe or comfortable staying in a room where my vehicle wasn't visible to me. The walls were thin and I could hear my neighbours showering, caughing, and walking around.

On check in we were greeted with a sign about bug issues in the rooms which wasn’t a great first impression, it was a tired looking reception area and not very welcoming. The man on reception was pleasant enough We were given the key to our room, when we entered our room it smelt horrible and the pillowcases yellow and smelt unclean, towels and bedding stained also. We were really disappointed as Expedia photos were deceptive. It was late at this point and we were travelling with our 2 year old, we slept for the night as it was a stop over after a long day of travelling. We got up early, grabbed a shower and left. We had stayed at another 3 star hotel the evening before which was lovely, but this hotel was not good at all!!

We had an excellent time at this property, beautiful views and food.
