Pros: location
Cons: bed size...not fulls but queens. or have enough cots.
Location: it's Chicago! always something to do.
full size beds aren't so comfortable. also our expedia booking put us in a handicapped room which was unfortunate since none of us were handicapped. that room could have been used for someone who needed it.

Our two bedded rooms and double beds and we use the handicap rooms only when it is not needed for someone with a handicap. The rooms are bigger than are regular rooms so when we do not need them we use them as upgrades since our customers get more room. Nothing great

Front desk staff wasn't overly friendly, the double beds are small, no free breakfast or price break for the kids, the pool is the smallest I have every seen in a hotel and the chlorine smell is overwhelming/need to figure out a better ventilation system.

This hotel was close to our activities.

Pros: Staff was the best.
This hotel was very close to the activity we were there for. Staff was beyond helpful and suggestions for getting to where we needed and wanted to be.

Dissappointed

Just felt like I was in a motel 6. Cheap and crammed accommodations that they called a bar. the bathroom in my room was bigger and more inviting. The menu was not exciting. Overall all I was disappointed and I don't ever plan on staying in a Hilton Garden Inn again.

Only there for one night due to business but would have been very comfortable staying longer

Nice hotel

Pros: Close to my appointment
Cons: I reported that the toilet had been running through the night to the front office agent at check out.
Location: Nice restaurants close by
I checked in after 6:00 quickly; left for dinner and came back to have a drink at the bar.

We were staying to have an eye procedure done. The hotel was close to the doctors offices and to the pharmacy. The hotel was quiet and clean. If we have to be in the area, we will look into staying here again.

Close to our wedding funtion

Convenient location, but lots of road construction
