“This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!! **Downfalls [we understand that somethings are out of anyones control so more of a FYI] -There was nothing "comfy" about the house. It is all cement: bed frame, entire bathroom so……

“Comfortable, well stocked studio in a great location. Loved having beach chairs and a cooler to use. View from balcony was spectacular. Host was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!”

“It was a great place in a great location. Only thing I would say is I had to reach out to the property owner to find out which lock box was mine because it did not say it on the page. Also gate remote stopped working and tv remote wasn’t working right. ”

“What a hidden gem in the hills! We didn’t get to enjoy the property as much as we’d have liked to, but the pool and the apartment were really nice. Nothing fancy but a great experience nonetheless. It can be a little confusing to find and the directions thru the booking are not accurate at all. You’re better off asking Tomas to drop a pin at his location and following that instead of any other directions. Trust me on this one. Also, you are basically in the jungle! The night creatures are VERY……

“We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late……

“The hot tub didn't heat at all, but the rest of the place was great. The second floor patio had a gorgeous view of the mountain stream and jungle. There are a few houses nearby, but you mostly see jungle. The night jungle sounds were penetrating and delicious. Don't expect quiet, but you will love the sounds of the coqui and other jungle critters.”

“Only downside is that it's on the fourth floor with no elevator and lots of gates to get into the place. Outside of the building really felt prison chic... Bad neighborhood...?”
