Noted that my stay was at the end of ski season so the hotel facilities were not all operational. Only complaint of the room — several light bulbs were non functional. Otherwise stay was great !

There was no real bed. Only bed in room was an old broken fold down small bed. No real restaurant.

Hello and thank you for your comments. The hotel has several different room types that do not have Murphy Beds. Next time please feel free to come to the desk to see if an upgrade is available. We have both a restaurant and a Grill at the hotel. The Grill is open for breakfast and Lunch and the restaurant is open for dinner.

Nice ski holiday

Came for a ski holiday and overall the stay was good. Friendly service, nice pool, delicious breakfast. My room was clean and it was nice having the full kitchenettes. The facility is showing its age and could use some updating. Poor quality mattress in my pull down bed. Awesome ski in/out access.

Additional charge without notice

I booked the room that could sleep four ( stayed a room for four on the info page), but the hotel charged me additional adult fee without telling me. I found out by checking my bank statement!!! I understand that there could be some sort of fees for more than 2 people. But the staff should at least inform me before taking out my money. The front desk just asked me how many people in the room and never informed me about the extra fees. It is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE that you charge me without letting me know and I didn’t even sign to agree that charge. Such a awful hotel! Will never come back again!!!

Hello Beatrice, I apologize for the confusion. During the booking process and at time of check-in it would have been disclosed to you about extra adult fees.. It covers cost for additional breakfast and cleaning.

Shower took 10min to get warm.... fire place supposedly wasn't hooked up so try couldn't turn it on.... Ok hotel

With a full house sometimes it does take a few minutes for the hot water to circulate. We are working on converting our fireplace to gas. Sorry it was not available while you were here. It was missed by many.

Great hotel, awesome breakfast and very nice staff. The murphy bed was a bit dated, and not the most comfortable mattress, but everything else was very nice.

Secluded Stay

Decent stay at Attitash for the most part. The murphy bed isn't as comfortable as most beds, and there was a pool attendant that was too serious about his job, but overall the hotel is nice, if not very 90's and secluded, but the breakfast is good and free.
