Hotel is on a beautiful estate. Rooms good size. Only negative was that it lacked atmosphere, particularly as it was just before Christmas - primarily because there were very few guests in the hotel which we found strange.

This property was more geared to Corporate functions not individual leisure type travel. We were expecting more of a manor type property; however, it truly was geared much more to corporate meetings and/or perhaps wedding type functions. There was a big meeting with a Christmas party to follow and the noise was horrible until late night in our room. The property is absolutely beautiful, but you need to understand that there is potential of meetings taking up the majority of the hotel.
