Gran ubicación.
Muy bien situado, buen servicio muy amable.. casi todo el el parking es de pago. Puedes dejar el coche a las afueras y andar unos 20 minutos … si quieres ahorrártelo.

Needs a bit of TLC
Was offered first room outside the hotel with no windows and a very bad smell they did eventually find a us a room in the hotel. Hotel needs some redecorating and cleaning especially in the common parts. Great location however for the town if not arriving in your car.

Cute room in an excellent location in Biarritz
Great location in Biarritz :) the only down side was that our room was facing a street where there was a nightclub really close by that had the generous opening hours 00-07 so unfortunately that made it a bit difficult to get proper sleep

The main lobby area is really nice and modern. But once you get to the upper floors- the halls are dated. The rooms had a smell to it when we entered. Location is central which was perfect- just wish they cleaned the rooms more thoroughly. There were stains on the sheet and a strand of hair.

Manager was exceptionally helpful, friendly & gracious. Breakfast was phenominal. Highly recommend staying here. Beach was a block away. Beautiful city!

Tired hotel in a great location
Rooms were a decent size for France, but a bit tired. Could definitely use a sprucing up and our room was nowhere near as nice as the common area. Hot water tank broke one day, and had no hot water. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. Air conditioning was poor and very weak. Hot and stuffy room. Brunch on Sunday was good. Other than that the bar on the main floor closed super early everyday (by 7 pm). Front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. Proximity to the beach is very good, but overall not really great value for the money charged.

Great location, ok hotel unexpected renovations
The Hotel was fine, however the renovation should have been noted on our original booking, the drilling was heard regularly and no carpet on the main stairs. The fire alarm also went off one morning and when we exited our room at 8am the builders only laughed at us. Receptionist had very little English and could only communicate through google translate but we did manage to book a taxi to the airport this way. It’s location was brilliant and rooms were tidied daily. A friend of ours were staying in another room and indicated when pillow cases were changed they were replaced with one which was dirty.

Perfect location! Clean, modern, super comfortable. Few minutes from the beach and Les Halles. Nice restaurant/bar downstairs. I'd stay there again.

Hôtel PALACITO
Stayed for only one night. Hotel in a perfect location for access to the busy town, the beach and the restaurants & bars. Staff very friendly. breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again. Recommended.

Nice stay
The hotel is located in the town center, very close to most of the interesting places. There is a bus just close to the hotel -- 2 minutes walk. And the bus can take you to the airport within 20 minutes. The hotel is pretty nice, but no free breakfast. You need to pay a 10 euro to get a basic breakfast. And, the room is relatively small. No hot water pots

The young lady who checked us in was lovely as were the cafe/bar staff. Had to ask for bottled water as advertised to be told they had not had a delivery. I immediately bought some st tje bsr for €6! The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in but the room was dirty. We took pictures to show the staff who did then get it sorted , however I do t think the carpet had been hoovered in days.

Impressed with the room and it’s cleanliness. Check in and out was quick and easy even with the language barrier. We were woken both nights by the nightclub music next door. Beds were comfy but pillows are far to soft and may as well not have them. Location is brilliant!

Great location and good value. Hotel room pretty good - cleanliness could be improved (we found someone else's socks under the bed!) and often difficult to find someone as frontdesk is mostly unstaffed.

The location is ideal for beach goers. Staff was helpful but only if you speak French and nothing else. I don't so was a little bit frustrating to get around. The hotel itself is in good condition and as mentioned very well located.

Excellent 3 star hotel
The hotel offers everything a 3 star should. Great location, pleasant staff, cleverly designed, modern and very clean room. Good breakfast at extra cost. Excellent for travellers, but I would not want to spend a vacation there.

v convenient to everything.lovely city.
Everything was great except for noise from nightclub-it started at 0100hrs and went on non stop until 0600hrs.on saturday and sunday nights.No Sleep!!!

Affordable gem in September
The hotel is a nice affordable little gem in the heart of Biarritz. The rooms are obviously small but well-kept with comfortable bedding. From the train station it was fairly easy to reach with a little help from the locals. The magnificent beach is a 5 to 10 minutes walk, but it is down a steep hill with lots of stairs. So if you aren't into or able to walk it would be a little problem. the security man, bartender and re emotion were all quite cool!

The hotel is very boutique with a cute cafe/bar on the ground level which has a fun vibe day and night. The standard room is furnished with a modern feel with a very comfortable bed and great shower. Location amazing!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was excellent. It is located in the center of Biarritz, a 5 min walk to Grand Plage and a 10 min walk to Vieux Plage. However, there is a dance club directly across the street which is open from 11 PM - 5 AM. It is extremely loud. I am a heavy sleeper yet I was awoken each night at 2 AM from the noise of the music and people in the street. My safe never worked and neither did the WiFi (though the receptionist showed me it worked on her iPhone, so maybe it was my computer...though my computer worked everywhere else there was WiFi). Elevator worked about 50% of the time. Great location if you can stand the noise and a few inconveniences of the safe, WiFi and elevator.

Pleasant stay in Biarritz
I was comfortable in the Palacito. Location is so close to beach, shopping, the covered market - can't be beat. It is above a bar/club which can be a little loud at night, didn't bother me too much though. I didn't experience any noise from other guests. The front desk is not always occupied and closes at 8pm. I arrived a little early and was soaked from a pop-up rainstorm. My room wasn't ready, however they were able to provide me with a room in 5 minutes, which was greatly appreciated. Room is small but clean. Bed very comfortable. Adjustable AC. Wifi is extremely spotty, can't really be relied on. All in all a comfortable stay in a fantastic location. You won't be spending much time in your room in Biarritz!
