Overall the accommodation was dated and generally of a poor standard. We had an assisted room, which although clean felt grubby. We booked for one night and are unlikely to book again.

Not the worst, not the best. Nothing special
The hotel wasn’t anything special, and the door got stuck and we got locked out and had to have the receptionist open the door for us when our key card stopped working. It was cheaper than even some hostels though, and the bed was comfy, so it was so-so.

The bed is quite hard and the pillows are very old and lumpy. Not the most comfortable nights sleep but for the price you can't complain really, it did the job an was clean enough!

Staff on reception were fantastic and very helpful and efficient. Hotel is what it is - a bargain basement no frills one night stay over kind of place that you use to get your head down overnight. Fact there is a campanile hotel next door makes life better as it has a bar and restaurant. This is a much newer and better located Premiere Class than the Bayonne one so choose this one over that one if in the area.

Absolutely disgusting!!
This hotel should be demolished. It does not justify the title of “Hotel”! It was filthy, crampted, with dingie lights and extremely smelly. Apparently there was a mix up with our booking even though we had booked 6 months prior to our stay, so we had 3 rooms spread all over the complex and not near to each other. The breakfast was a joke; slice of bread, brooch roll, jam and tasteless yogurt. Coffee was OK. I would recomptais hotel to anyone!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. There was only self check in, and though I called several times I never got an answer. Some one did come and show me how to do the check in. Without a car there is no convenient access to shops or restaurants.

It is a very convenient place to stay as it is close to the airport and local bus routes. Staff were very helpful. The room was very basic but had all that was needed for a one night stop over. Wi-fi connection worked well. I can recommend this hotel if you are on a tight budget. This is not the place for you if you are looking for ambiance as it is more of a motel rather than hotel.

I took one look at the room and decided to look for somewhere else (even though I had already paid). The place didn't feel safe. it's a remote location and probably ok if you have your car with you. You couldn't tell from the inside if the door was locked. The bathroom was a strange tiny porta-loo inside the room. There was no main light and there was a bad smell. Ok if you're prepared to really rough it. Reasonably cheap but I've had way better accommodation for cheaper.

You get what you pay for. A back packers really.
Tiny room no extras. Shower and toilet in a sort of plastic capsule. Floors rather dirty. Terrifying noise of close aeroplanes landing and taking off as the airport is across the road. However the staff were kind and helpful. Cannot recommend it and would advise people NOT to stay here if they have young children.

It is a warehouse, not a hotel.
It does not open until 1600hrs. Reception is a very narrow hall. This small area is the breakfast area with plastic furniture. Breakfast was awful, no napkîns and a few pièces of bread and no tongs for sélecting the bread There is no ambiance about the place. Outside stairs with no roof lead to the bedrooms. Wifi did not work. The bathroom is the smallest Ive seen and inevitably the shower had nowhere to drain so flooded the bedroom. It is cheap but it charges too much.

would not recommend this brand to people. makes travelodges look luxurious we were given ground floor room here which was disabled unit so more space and light but if had been given room on higher floors our experience would have been that of the same brand at angoulemme the upper rooms are small pokey and very dark. like being in the black hole of calcuutta

It's cheap and that's the only benefit!
To be fair we didn't expect 5 star service. The staff weren't helpful at all. They advertise free wifi and your wifi icon will light up but, and we had the same the day before at a different Premiere Classe, it doesn't work! Wouldn't open a single app. Smoking areas are, as always, right outside the doors so that you have to walk through a wall of smoke with your 1 year old. Won't use them again regardless of the price...its just not worth the saving!

This is the worth MOTEL ever.
Too nasty to describe. Stinky plastic toilet with the ventilation inside the room. Bunk bed for the third (!) person. Breakfast from plastic packed bread for $6. And for $140 a night it's not even funny. Stay away if you can.

Room was dirty, hair on bed, other stuff in the bathroom.tv remote and air conditining was not working. 1 pillow was missing and to finalize to horrible stat the cleaning lady knocked while opening the door when we were not even completly dressed( just woke up).also we could smell everybody cigarettes and very noisy.

Cheap and dirty, not budget
Room was dirty with dead mosquitos stuck to wall. Air conditioning was only able to give heat, it was 22 degrees that day. Response from reception was no cooling air con was the norm, so tough luck. Lot of traffic noise. Bathroom door would not shut, so little or no privicy. Paid extra for what turnrd out to be a very poor breakfast. Very small pices if bread that we had to ask for, very few things were replenished, even though we arrived at 8 am. All in all a very poor example of this chain of hotels. There was a general air of poor hygiene every where. For example the receptionist sprayed cleaner on the table, but then wiped the seat first, not the most hyginc cleaning. We both agreed we would never use hotel again

Budget hotel
I'm not certain what good value it provides as it's the first hotel I've stayed in in France, I know Biarritz is expensive. It compared very badly with Premier Inn UK where I had stayed the previous night. It looks as though it's made from a shipping container. The room is very basic with clean sheets and towels, free unlimited WiFi. It's within walking distance of the airport and if you don't mind a fair walk to the beach. Don't go before 16.00 hours as there is no one on the desk. There is an automatic check in which recognises the Expedia reservation but not the fact that one has paid
