Good location
Nice apartment. Basic but clean. Super location. Reception not manned very much so not good if you need anything or have a problem. Was not manned for check in or departure.

Property not prepared for internatiknal guests. We received an e mail with instructions written in French. No english. Ascertised pictures of room not of the room we got. Location is good.

BYO toilet paper & towel
I just didn’t know we have to bring our own toilet paper and towels. I would be fine with that but it would be great if they tell us in advance.

Room cleaning is not included in the price. You need to clean up the room (especially the kitchen) and throw away the trashes before you leave. So make sure you have some time before you leave to do them; if you need to leave in a hurry, you have to pay for the cleaning fee. Also, the reception closes from 12 to 3 pm.

Stone throw from Spain
Great location, at 50 meters from the beach and boulevard. Welcoming reception and very helpful. Had email contact prior to arrival and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Small unit though for a family of four (with a 2yr and 3 yr old), yet everything available (kitchenette, utensils, pots and pans, traditional coffee machine, water cooker, broom). Pull out sofa was so so (and squeaky), also it made the room really small, and bunk beds ditto. The balcony was great, both for eating and drying clothes. Garage available for a mere €50 for a whole week. Outside parking is paid parking. We didn’t use breakfast but a deli is around the corner as well a few restaurants. Also, with a 5 minute ferry you can cross the harbor and set foot in Spain. All in all, it was welcoming, clean, fully equipped, good price/quality ratio, excellent location and we’d go again.

Excellent! Highly recommend!
Sokoburu had everything we needed! We were so pleased with our studio, very clean, stocked with a coffee maker, a kettle, and all other utensils we needed for cooking and eating. The location is unbeatable, and the view of the port side had us in awe!! We will definitely be back, and highly recommend it!

The apartments are suitable and of a typical "holiday" design. The building is well-maintained and close to the beach & marina.

This not really a Hotel
We arrived at 2 hours after check in time to find no staff and the door locked. Luckily some of the other residents helped us find the message left for us about our room (behind a code locked door). If you go expecting this to be a hotel you will be disappointed. The rooms are mini portents. The beds are tiny and not comfortable. The TV is miniscule. To have the room cleaned and fresh laundry costs extra. There is only reception at certain times of day. On the other hand the rooms are larger that an average hotel room, there is parking (at a cost) and the staff are charming and helpful when you are there. The position is good, about a ten minute walk into the main beach area. There are restaurants, bars etc within the same complex of buildings. get a marina view room if you can, the view to the rear is not inspiring.

La habitación necesita una renovación,la limpieza regular, había moho en la bañera. Estuvimos dos adultos y dos niños y en cuanto a espacio muy bien.Disponen de utensilios de cocina que te sacan de un apuro.Para pasar una noche como en nuestro caso, está bien, yo no pasaría una larga estancia. Está muy bien situado,cerca de la playa, en estás fechas no hay problema de aparcamiento,es gratis en su mayoría.

Nous venons tous les ans. Appartement côté port avec très belle vue sur Fontarrabie. Bien situé. La résidence commence à vieillir mais propre et bien entretenu donc rien à redire.

Nos gustó mucho. Volveremos
Llegamos y nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad. Reservamos un apartamento para 4 aunque éramos 2 por lo que estuvimos muy a gusto, amplio, con una buena terraza con vistas y el dormitorio separado del resto por una puerta corredera. Para mi gusto el colchón un poco duro pero es un gusto personal. Hay que dejar limpia la cocina, y no hay detergente ni estropajo por lo que tuvimos que ir a comprarlos. Es la única pega pero sabiéndolo, la próxima vez lo llevaré. Volveremos porque nos gustó mucho. El entorno maravilloso y cerca del embarcadero donde se coge el barco para ir a Hondarribia y al lado de la playa. Estuvimos encantados

Nous déconseillons cet établissement qui est en mauvais état et dont le prix est excessif au vu de l’état des logements. Nous avions dormi sur un canapé lit inconfortable, il nous a été proposé des sur matelas et un matelas le dernier jour. Nous avons été déçu de notre séjour comparable à du camping. De plus la cour intérieure au logement était moche et très bruyante la nuit.

Está muy bien y muy bien ubicado. Los pisos no tienen productos de limpieza, deben llevarlos. Hay de todo en el piso, está muy bien.
