Good Hotel reasonably priced

I'd like to give recognition to 2 staff, who worker the afternoon/evening shift, Kelly & Lauren who were very friendly & helpful. Kelly couldn't do enough for myself & my wife when the air conditioning wouldn't work properly. She was prepared to move us into another room which we declined but then sort out extra quilting & helped us with all our concerns. Congratulations, well done Kelly & Lauren.

convenient

Pros: convenient good car parking knowledgeable staff
Cons: Aircon , make the pool under cover and heated and add a gym
Location: ??
Stayed there for 4 nights aircon noise is terrible when you,re sleeping it cannot be turned off

Hotel was close to a function we attended.

Pros: Staff tried very hard but work load was to much.
Cons: Staff numbers
Only down side to the hotel was the evening meal. took quite some time to get, when we did the steak was half cold. By the time I finished it was cold. For what you got was well over priced.

Bed was too soft for me. Good set up with desk, wifi, tv etc

Great, helpful staff

Pros: Comfortable, friendly staff.
We had to change our booking at the last minute. The staff we exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely stay again.
