"Room was clean. A little smaller than I anticipated. Until it did not work at first that they fixed it. The next day because it was too late friday night. Breakfast was hot."

"Every six months, myself and my three sisters, as well as spouses, get together at different locations in the central part of the country.This house is located in an older area of Louisville. This was awesome for us as most of the activities we did were nearby.Easily five to ten minutes from Churchill Downs and the Louisville Slugger Museum. We also visited the Falls of Ohio State Park, just across the river in Indiana.Just one thing to be aware of:Because the house is older, the two bathrooms are on the main floor, one in the master bedroom and the other in the hall. Consequently, those sleeping in the basement bedroom, or the upstairs bedrooms, need to use the stairs at night to use the bathroom. Not a problem for younger people, but something older people should consider.As for all other aspects, the house is a home run!!We had short drives to everything we were there to see. We had two of our party that walked to the nearby Catholic Church for Sunday service.Our entire group, ranging in age from the mid 50s to the mid 80s, walked to lunch in the Schnizelburg area on Goss Ave!!The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 to enjoy our time together.There was plenty of parking. We had four vehicles. One parked in the garage, two in the driveway, and one on the street.The host was very responsive in any contacts that we had. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy.Thanks so much!"

"The location to Churchhill Downs is excellent. Was able to an Uber and was there in minutes. Neighborhood was nice and clean also. Nice local bar one block away with excellent food and service (Old Louisville Tavern). The property was very clean and had all the amenities that was listed. We had 2 dogs and plenty of room for both. All the bedrooms had their own TV if you wanted to just relax in your room. A Keurig and drip coffee maker were both furnished with k-pods and coffee also. Although it is located on a somewhat busy street, the house is well insulated and noise level was minimum. Would definitely stay here again and Kapil was very easy to work with."

"They took the reservation, they did not keep the reservation. We showed up at 7 pm, after a long day, only to find they double sold our room. They also reported prioritizing direct reservations over those from third party sources like Expedia. While they did assist us in getting a room at a better property, they did not send over the correct paperwork. Took us almost two hours to get to a room. We have stayed in this hotel multiple times without issue. Also, the front desk did the best they could, but we were very disappointed with the overall experience and will not stay here again."
