We traveled all day and just wanted to lounge in our room and relax and just watch TV. We got to our room only to find out that the cable is out and we can’t watch TV. I am told they don’t know when or if it will be on tonight or tomorrow…. The staff is pleasant but it doesn’t help our situation.

Noise level by other guest late at night...others complained to manager, too. I think "Quiet Time 10pm..8am" signs posted in elevators and at each floor will help. Lots of uneducated, loud folks here returning at 11pm, 1am, 2am...i cannot recommend this place.

RUN, DONT WALK. First of all, the staff is AMAZING. I lost my keycard and they were more than happy to replace it, were already waiting at the door for me to help with my heavy luggage, and brought towels when I asked for more! This is something you don’t see in many hotels but I saw it in this one and I’m so glad I stayed here! The rooms are spacious and the pool is warm and tidy.

Smoke filled room. Bugs in the room. Rude front desk staff. Management never contacted me after numerous attempts. Will never stay here. If I could rate them negative 1, I would.

Like I stated in the personal email that I sent you, I have not been in the office due to a family emergency is why you have not received a phone call from me. Also, the room was inspected upon your departure by housekeeping and maintenance and nothing was found. We have a contract with local pest control and they have inspected that room also and found nothing. I do apologize that we were not up to your standard. Safe travels.

Every body was good the staff at from desk and the guy that does the work he was excellent in helping me carry my bags out and one bad review there was a housekeeper black girl she was very rude and didnt take my trash out i had to call to front desk to ask her to she pass by all day and didn't get it like she had a attitude problems other than that every was wonderful

The room was not clean, the pool cut the bottoms of several kids’ feet, there were issues with keys not working and even people being doubled booked to the same room. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Highly rated on Expedia and lived up to it's ratings. Only downside os the hotel rates when Ole Miss is playing a home game...rates skyrocket...oh well, that's business.

Affordable and nice just needs some more attention to cleaning mildew around bathroom shower. Shower door is allowing or letting water out on floor while showering.

Needs a Good Deep Clean
The carpet needs shampooing in Room 223 & in ALL HALLWAYS. Bathroom in room 223 was Half ass Cleaned! Elevator needs a Good Deep Clean , Front Doors were Dirty & smudged. Staff was Friendly. Breakfast was Good. HOTEL WAS KINDA RUN DOWN LOOKING INSIDE FOR BEING A NEWER HOTEL.

Our room had a real bad damp musty order smell to it, And the restroom had hair in the sink and floor the towels had hair on them, The bed was comfortable and its in a great location.

The restroom floor was dirty. The carpet looked dirty. There was a small bug on one of the pillow cases. I pulled all the covering off both beds to check for other bugs, but didn't see any. The room was humid and could not ever get it to cool properly. I did not report the issues to the manager on sight, but probably should have. The cleaning staff that I met in the hallway to get more towels (our room only had two)...the lady was very sweet and accommodating. I wish I had gotten her name, because she was very helpful. The breakfast was nice and I liked the variety of choices, but I don't know if I'd stay here, again, based on the room.

The property was clean and spacious. I love walking into the room and the air was already on 59 degrees. The only thing I didn’t like was the odor of the room.

This hotel appears to be relatively new. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly the only thing that was odd was the soap was limited to lavender/eucalyptus and my husband dislikes it, and the fitted sheet tended to come off mattress easily but other than that---very pleased and I slept comfortably.

Well the pool was closed - and it was the only reason I booked the room. No discount or anything. Facility was nice but breakfast was old biscuits and a weak version of HIE. I would stay again only if I called ahead. Expedia should warn customers if a feature is not available.
