I booked this hotel because it said there was a hot tub. But there has not been one there in years! Having the restaurant on premise was a game saver. Good food, reasonably priced, friendly wait staff.

This is an older hotel for this chain. It was well maintained and clean. Not a bad place and easy to find. The hotel was pretty average in that there was nothing bad to report and nothing stands out as exceptional either. I would stay here again.

Sliding glass door didn't open. Tv didn't work called the front desk twice no one came to fix it!!

We got a completely unacceptable room configuration by booking over hotels.com. I called to check ahead of time, and they said they would switch us to something that would work for our family of four. When we arrived, they had no record of it, and no interest in helping us. Not even an apology. They were understaffed and took forever to bring a cot and a crib -- which turned out to barely fit in the room. We were crammed in like rats. And then the temperature control was terrible. So uncomfortable. Oh, and you should note that the pool is OUTSIDE. I missed that tidbit and the kids were devastated. Bummer of a stay, all around.
