Lovely B&B close to BathPosted May 25, 2015
Pros: We liked the garden, the host, the breakfast and the ambiance. It gave us space to relax and was close to some excellent pub restaurants.
Cons: Perfect as is.
Location: It was easy to get to, not far from the centre of Bath and close to several excellent pub restaurants. It is a tranquil setting.
The B&B was so lovely we used our time to relax in the garden. Tim was a friendly helpful host. The English breakfast was fabulous and made with local quality products. We enjoyed having a country experience away from the busyness of the inner city. We went to two wonderful nearby pub restaurants for dinner in the evenings, which added to our country getaway.

Lovely helpful host happy to recommend several excellent local pubs for an enjoyable evening meal. He was also very happy to provide an early breakfast because I need an early start.

Farm Fresh and Quaint!Posted Jan 4, 2015 on Hotels
We stopped into Bath for one night and found this B&B, it was quaint, and cute with amazing service. The owner was there to greet us and get us settled in, gave us great information regarding all the things we wanted to do in Bath and made us tea and cookies! Bed/Room was clean and comfortableand the best part of our stay was the fabulous breakfast! Everything was delicious! Most of the food was supplied right from the garden. Farm fresh eggs from the chickens, and there were the cutest little pigmy goats as well. I highly recommend a stay at School Cottages! It's a little out of the way but you will enjoy your stay!

Top quality stay in Bath!Posted Nov 27, 2014 on Hotels
The room is very warm and comfort especially the bed, super nice quality bedding, everything is clean and perfect! We requested quite a lot in breakfast as we like to have different texture in a meal. Tim doesn't has any comments about our request and keep asking what else do we need, the breakfast is awesome with homemade jam. Will definitely come back when travelling in car! Thank you Tim! :)

Lovely welcomePosted Nov 11, 2014
Felt very welcome and well looked after. Breakfast lovely with lots of choice. Room beautiful, though double bed a bit small for us; kingsize bed would have made it perfect! Would definitely stay again, and will recommend to others.
