first I had a reservation through hotels.com for 2 nights, front desk didn't book my room for two nights, she booked me as a regular customer therefore I had to argue with front desk over the fact I reserved a room for two nights and they advised me i would have to have to contact hotels.com because it wasn't their problem. then I had finally gotten that straight, I noticed house keeping was cleaning the room before mine, so I left thinking id give them time to clean my room, come back and I still have the same sheets, same pillowcases, tub wasn't wiped down of cleaned nor was the toliet. I called front desk, at this point, it was a little after lunch, I informed front desk I was leaving back out and I had left a list of stuff for house keeping. return later the night about midnight and house keeping hasn't even touched my room. called front desk she informed me that house keeping Isnt in but I could come get sheets and pillow cases and change them myself. sad. I'm beside myself. I'm a clean person and this just capatilizes on the fact that the hotel altogether is quite disgusting. that's just what can be seen with the naked eye, imagine what can't be seen.

Hotel doesn't honor Expedia reservations

Cons: Get a robot to man the desk. At least when you'd understand it having zero concerns.

Booked reservation late afternoon, but when I arrived around 11 pm the hotel claimed they did not have my reservation and despite my having a reservation confirmation number would not let me have the one room they had left for the price I had booked. They told me I needed to call Expedia. Sold the room they had left while I was talking with Expedia. They had no concern for situation. Expedia said this never had happened before. Would you believe them. They also said there was no supervisor that I could talk to.

No smoking room should mean just that

Pros: Convenience and price
Cons: Smoking was allowed on the sidewalk right in front of rooms
My room was adjoining. The person in that room was smoking or had visitors that were smoking. The smoke smell came right through the adjoining door. Uck.

spilled milk

Every thing was fine, but the staff stayed on there phone texting more than doing there work. The milk handle came off the milk dispenser and milk went all over the floor during breakfast. The staff never came in. The two young girls were texting at the front desk and never look up from there texting, it's like they didn't care.
