Need elevator and knowledgeable desk clerk
Posted Nov 22, 2016
Room keys would not work. Therefore, I had to wait at the desk again behind four other guests and was told sorry there were no rooms nearby. My daughter was ill, so I had to make two luggage trips back down the stairs, over to another building and then back up the stairs again (twice!). During the luggage trek, we encountered people going into the first room - apparently the front desk clerk gave us keys to a room that was occupied! They were quite upset, too.
Musical rooms and luggage shuffling took so long that we missed happy hour and the soup special. (No soup for you!) The following morning, we left before breakfast hours, and were told too bad, nothing available unless we wanted to purchase from gift shop. Overall one of the worst places ever.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your recent stay with us. We use this feedback to focus on improving whenever and wherever possible. I do want to apologize for your key and room issues. I assure you, I will follow up on everything with our Front Office Manager and the front desk agents to retrain and prevent the confusion from happening again. I would like the opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future and would like to offer you half off of a future stay with us. Safe travels and Happy Holidays.
