Arrived at 11pm. Found sheets in hallway outside my room. They had blood stains on them and bed bugs. I entered the room and pulled the sheets back and found blood stain there as well. I immediately went to the front desk and let them know that I wanted to cancel my stay. She understood and explained that my refund would need to come from Expedia. I agreed. However, I asked her to give me copies of the cancellation with written reason of why I canceled with her signature to acknowledge and she declined to do so. I explained that I wasn't leaving until I had the signature. She said that she would call the police and have me removed from the property. I agreed that she needed to call, and said they would probably agree with me.
We waited 15 minutes and no one showed. I asked for my paperwork and left without the signature.

I want to thank you for bringing the issues to my attention, as I have personally looked into everything. Since no details are given in your comments, I was unable to locate room specifics. However, I do take your comments very seriously and had our 3rd party, monthly pest control do a property inspection and no bed bugs were found in any room or public area. I have also reviewed your room condition with our housekeeping department as well. Of course, a full refund would be authorized for Expedia to refund your room once they reach out to us for confirmation, as we are unable to make any changes to these reservations on a property level. Expedia requires guests to reach out to them directly. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you will give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future.
