Pros: Large rooms that met all are needs.
Location: Close to the plantation tours, LSU and shopping. Easy access to the major highways.
3 PM check in was strictly enforced when we arrived at 2 PM>

The Handling of the checking out was horrific I would never stay there ever again they over charged my credit card after I use Expedia.com The front desk staff was extremely rude and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Lost Our Business even at $40 a Night.

Hotel manager does not have enough staff to care for this property. We had the Chairman, President, CFO and several Account managers booked here last week. Horrible experience from hotel and manager. Rooms boy cleaned until 7pm after gone all day. Greatly understaffed and Manger gives the best excuses. Leaves at 2:30pm with dirty rooms. Maybe, if he cleaned a few rooms on time he would not get this type of feedback. Hopefully, his vacation is the same experience as ours at his hotel. Poor Manager and leader!!!

Chase Suites was a total BUST

Upon a late arrival, the girl at the front desk told me that despite the fact that we'd MADE the reservation in advance, they had no rooms available. So they MADE the reservation, but they didn't KEEP the reservation. And we all know that the KEEPING of the reservation is really the most important part, isn't it. She called the Best Western around the corner to see if they had a room. They did. So we left and checked in there. There was no apology, no offer to pick up the cost of or first night, nothing. So after we got checked in I remembered that we had business materials shipped to Chase that I needed for the next day. So I drove back to Chase to get them. The door was locked so I rang the bell for a while and the check-in girl came and let me in. I asked her to find our shipment and she went in the back to get it. She reappeared with two boxes and said "there you go." I was missing a large 3 x 4 foot case on wheels so I had her check again. She said it wasn't back there. So I figured it hadn't arrived on time and went back to Best Western. I found out the next morning that they DID have (after driving 35 minutes north to the conference I was going to). So I left the conference and drove back down to get it. So for the start of our conference we didn't have the primary backdrop and biggest part of our vendor booth. This inspired me to take the attached pic with my son, who was with me.
