Everything was lovely, we slept so comfortable. Each person greeted us with a smile even down to the people that served us breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and again !

Clean, spacious rooms with good proximity to restaurants and right next to the interstate. Very accommodating front desk staff. I would stay here again if I am passing through Baton Rouge.

Booked us on a floor where everyone was all out in halls. @11:30pm kids were playing in the hall, adults were all gathered in hall talking. And mgmt said they can’t do anything. So had to get out of bed, pack up & move to another floor.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Despite being close to the interstate, room was surprisingly quiet. However, the hinges on the bathroom door in my room need to be oiled, it was very squeaky and would wake others in the room, but as I was alone, it was not an issue for me.

I was not happy that the tv my whole stay kept going in and out due to signal strength. I was on the 5th floor at the end of the hall.

We got to the property and the check-in was okay but we had to ask for a luggage cart. We were told we had to have the cart back to the desk within 15 minutes or there would be a $50 charge added to our bill. Also the carts were all broken, one was literally held together with a wire coat hanger. We were told management did not want to order new carts. This is not what I would have expected from a Crowne Plaza property.

Horrific. Check in took 15 minutes for someone to look up to say hello. Then they split our family into two hotels because they overbooked. The room is dirty and the window doesn’t seal so the highway noise spills in along with the 100 degree air.

Some activity (party or celebration?) was happening at the hotel so it was very difficult to find a parking space. The AC was very loud and the button to lower the fan speed was broken. Also, the shower head leaked and the tub drained slowly. The bedding was weird as well. I had a hard time sleeping both nights I was there. The room was ok but not worth the price. I wish I would have known about the Hampton Inn next door. I would
