Pros: location
2nd time I have stayed at this hotel in last 6 months. elevators not adequate for # of quest. no wake up call as request and then desk gave some bland excuse as phone was off the hook which was not true would not suggest

Needed hotel that accepts dogs as we have a 6 month old golden doodle and this was a perfect location. Staff were great! Rooms could use a bit of update and elevators are old, slow, and not sure they were going to move at all but overall good stay

It was a very nice hotel. Close to highway and amenities.

Do not go here. Unbelievable experience.

I was double charged for the hotel and then when speaking to the manager he promised to fix the situation but did nothing, went the next day to speak to another manager and he also wasn’t helpful at all and had a rude and gross attitude with him. The staff was so rude. Across the board. The maid would take some of our stuff, little things but still gone.....they made no effort to compensate me for ruining my entire trip by giving me financial anxiety while there because they were slaughtering my bank account and I had to cancel my card. Save yourself the heartache. Don’t go here. Trust me.

No hot water

Accident happen.. our room didn’t have hot water the entire time of our stay.. but what made me angry is that the manager did not call us and apologize and offer a refund.. we had to contact them and complain to get our refund.. I feel that when there is a problem.. the manager should be ready to apologize to the customer.. they waited to see if we would complain

LSU Beach Scrimmage

I’m a regular guest easy access to Highway and LSU. Hotel Frontdesk was very friendly and checked me in early. The room was clean and comfortable.
