"It was the best stay EVER!"

This stay was not as I thought it would be, meaning that the stay was not worth the 470 dollars we paid for. I stayed here when my daughter was in the NAM pageant, and they closed the pool because of "problems." I find it hard to believe, considering the fact that over 100 little girls were staying at the hotel, so they decided to close the pool. Then, what made it so unprofessional was that they told the parents to take them to Holiday Inn. If this was the case, we could have stayed at the Holiday Inn. Also, they elevators are slow and raggedy. For this hotel to be "fancy," the elevators are indeed slow. In addition, the housekeepers were slow bringing us towels. We called to the front desk four times and asked about our towels, and they were not brought to us until 12 midnight. This is a no no. The only thing good about this hotel was the breakfast we had. The older guy who fixed the pancakes was very sweet, and he worked so hard to please us, even though he had NO help at all. He asked one worker to do something for him, and she walked away without doing it. You all need to do better. Thank you.
