The hot tub in the room was awesome. That staff was very friendly and courteous, as well as helpful.

Primary concern: mold

The mold in the ceiling is concerning. The housekeepers appeared to be "on break" more than working time. The fitted sheets didn't fit. The hallways smelled like smoke although it is a no smoking facility. The housekeepers wore scrubs; they quite obviously don't work in a medical environment. Couldn't open and close the dresser. All outlet sockets are loose. Shower curtain was on backward. Bathtub is shaped like a V with ineffective non-skid application on the surface. Slipping is inevitable. Breakfast was mediocre and luke warm. People at service desk were nice but appeared to be constantly mopping the entrance.

The room smelled really musty. Highlight of stay was finding Big Mike's Sports Bar and Grill.....good food, friendly staff and atmosphere.
