The reception was not welcomed for brown skin people. They think asking question is a symbol of illiteracy. It created fear in me and I won’t be back again.
Great room, almost like a suite for no extra fee. Super clean, comfy bed, wonderful staff. Walkable to excellent restaurants from Ruth’s Chris on the high end to Chili’s at the other end.
We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was nicely decorated. The rooms were clean, spacious, and up to date. Check in was fast. The water pressure in the shower was AHmazing lol. The warm soft baked cookies and complimentary water were very much enjoyed. We were in town for a concert and the location was good proximity to the River Center. Many nice restaurant options noted close by. We enjoyed dinner at Dragos and brunch at Ruby Slipper. Would definitely stay again!
Hole in ceiling, tape on ceiling in another area. No staff at the front desk, waited about 10 minutes to check in.
Room was run down, neede some maintainance.
The room wasn’t ready at check in time, as the cleaning crew was running behind schedule. When we got to the room the tv in the sitting area would not power on. Plus, there weren’t any linens for the sofa bed. At this point in the evening, we were ready for bed and made the best of it.
The pool and fitness center were not available which was not made known until you walked in. Also we were told when we signed up for the Hilton rewards that all of the sister motels honored the program, but it seems if you go through a third party to book you don't get the rewards. For the price range a free breakfast coukd have been provided.

It needs to be remolded starting with mattress and pillows
difficult to contact Front Desk office at about midnight, as we needed bedding for sofa couch. No one answered the phone, and no one was physically at the Front Desk.
I drank a little at the bar and forgot my credit card. The staff was nice enough to turn it in to the front desk so I was able to get it in the morning. Honest. Good people.
Everything was great except the unit was extremely loud when it was coming on. Once it started running, it went away, but it was loud enough to awake me when it came on. Also next time, i will request a room not facing the interstate. Heard that noise all night as well.
Our toilet didnt flush properly, our shower drain was completely clogged, the television didnt work, there was no top sheet on the bed, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom…This was night 1. We contacted the management in the morning and they refused to acknowledge the issues. We immediately left.

Dear Jacquelyn,While speaking with Mr. Fischer on Friday morning, attempts were made to reach a resolution with the alleged problems. However, during this conversation Mr. Fischer created a hostile environment and was asked to leave the property. I personally inspected the room and found the following: tub drain was closed. Once opened, the tub drained properly - it was not clogged. The bed was properly made with the proper sheets. The television was on the HDMI input and was correctly working once the input was changed. There was shampoo and conditioner in the room on the wall shelf. However, the shower bottles were low and needed to be refilled. The toilet issue was not reported so I did not check if it was working properly. It was very clear that a refund was the desired outcome as it was mentioned several times that the price was too high. We strive to provide a great experience to all of our guests and understand that we are not perfect. However, we were not given the opportunity to correct any of these issues and this review is not a true representation of the incident. Your requested refund was processed. The AC did not work well. This hotel is older and worn
They switched my room that I reserved two wks in advance. I didn't find that out until the day of check-in! One of the rooms was a handicap unit (which did not accommodate us)We were going to my daughter's sweet 16 b.day dinner so we were wearing formal wear. Because it was a handicap unit we couldn't hang any of our clothes in the closet as the bar was extremely low and our clothing would basically be hanging on the floor! So I was really upset about the lack of communication and accommodation!
