Our stay was for St Paddy’s Day parade weekend. The hotel location was conveniently located. The omelet station was wonderful! Even better than the omelet station was the FREE drinks in the hotel bar each evening! We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful to work with and helped with any issues or questions. Hotel itself is dated and in dire need of updating. New carpet and paint would be a god send. Fixing the elevator so they both work would be nice.

The hotel need to be refurbished. The carpet is dengue and dirty. The bed was horrible. The fridge didn’t work. I will never stay at another embassy suite again.

Fantastic/huge selection continental breakfast, rooms good size. Cleaning staff however knocked twice on our door at 8 then again at 8:30 though checkout not until llam which was disturbing when I was trying to sleep in. Furniture a little worn also.

Great service, huge rooms
Room was huge and clean. Three out of four elevators were workimg (saw several complaints about lack of elevators...not true). Full bar, pizza restaurant and unbelievable and massive free breakfast. Parking was onky $7/day. ONLY thing we didn't have was a blow dryer in our room. We asked the front desk and one was delivered to.our room in three-four minutes. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

Staff was exceptional. Building is starting to show its age. Needs an interior update, new carpet and paint. Plumbing is starting to fail in the hotel as well, two separate rooms and tub drips constantly..

The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room needed major maintenance. Toilet had cracks, ceiling had a water leak and falling on floor, shower needed cleaning. Great hotel but in need of a remodel.
