Didn't have my room. I was told that Expedia had over booked the room I had reserved, so they had to give me another. Young lady working was new and was clueless. Then she wanted to charge me for the room when I had already paid through Expedia. I had to explain this she made phone calls and then just gave me a room key and said they'll fix it in he morning. She didn't even tell me room number

Not what I expected

Pros: Staff was friendly, breakfast was just what I needed
I've never been to an extended stay hotel before so this could be my fault... but there were no toiletries! The room seemed dingy and someone's sock was on the floor

What a horrible experience.

Hotel was cheap and very trashy. Drunks hanging around in the lobby. Poor customer service and to top it off there were 2 roaches climbing the wall and flying around my room. I packed up and left immediately!

The lobby didn't have a pleasant smell. The elevator was really slow

The rooms are dirty and tired. This hotel need a major renovation.

Not the best

I had two main issues with my stay. When I arrived, I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. May have even still been preoccupied. Later in the evening, I had to return to the desk to get another comforter. The one on the bed had a funny smell. That's never a good thing.

It was comfortable ,however Wi-Fi is too weak to watch some video or search something.

Hotel close to Broken Egg Cafe

Pros: nothing
Cons: Have a bell or telephone at the desk when the desk person has to leave for some reason and they know someone is waiting.
Location: Went bowling, liked the bed & lunch restaurant, liked the mexican restaurant
We received a vacant room. Went back down to the desk and had to wait until someone came back to the desk to give us a different room. Wasn't informed that we have to ask for extra toilet paper, tissue paper, and towels. Will not stay at an extended stay hotel.
