Everything was clean and nice only downfall was no hairdryer and the waterpressure in the shower was pitiful

After booking my room two weeks in advance and then calling on my to La. to let the hotel I’m running late and will still be coming but I’ll be checking in later that night, I was told my room had been given to someone else and no more rooms were available I refused to leave because of my reservation the clerk all of a sudden found a room for me after I had to become angry and ugly and it only took him 10 minutes to do so and then the toilet was not working properly so I called front desk and explained what was going on and I was informed that they had no maintenance on duty or on call. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service there

Not what I was expecting!

I have never stayed at an extended stay place before so maybe I was expecting more of a hotel experience but when I arrived to check in at 9:30 PM I was told that there were no single non-smoking rooms available even though I had reserved my room and paid for it one week prior to my visit. I told the person just give me whatever non-smoking room you have available at the same price and she just kept repeating that all she had were double rooms and she had single smoking rooms but she only had double non-smoking rooms. I pulled up my email showing my confirmation of what I had reserved and paid for and I told her I don’t understand how my room could’ve been given away first of all and I had until midnight to check in second of all I cannot stay in a smoking room I am very sensitive to smoke and I already wasn’t thrilled to be staying in a place that allows smoking. This circular conversation lasted for over 10 minutes before she finally agreed to give me a double non-smoking room and to put a note in the computer so that they cou adjust the rate in the morning so I won’t be charge the difference. I don’t remember her ever even apologizing for the situation. she did not ask me if I wanted more than one key she just made two keys and put them down on the counter in front of me didn’t tell me where the room was located didn’t explain anything about breakfast or anything like that. I had to ask her where the room was I had to ask her where the supposed continental breakfast was

Never stay at this dump...

We checked in on 4/5/18, the front dest clerk was rude, smaking food while talking to us and didnt seem to know what she was doing...went to the room and had no wash clothes. Was told "WE AINT GOT NONE", even the next morning the housekeeper said there wasnt any and offered me a bath towel to cut up to take a bath. On the 3rd day we requested to have our room cleaned and was promised it would be done by the manager. I stripped the beds, put all dirty linen and trash by the door only to come back to see it still there and no one had even bothered to provide housekeeping... Me and my husband had to search for the front desk clerk who was knocking on doors at 1am to see if there were any clean rooms for another guest, cursing wgile doing so and stressing her hate for her job... We were given the linen to do it all ourselves and was told to just sit the dirty things and trash outside of the door... Theres always men sitting in the lobby playing dominoes, drinking alcohol and listening to music... This place is not good for anyone... It was so horrible and I will NEVER stay there again...
