The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is very friendly. The carpet in our room was "crunchy". Unable to walk barefoot to the bathroom. The rooms could stand to be updated. Outlets by the bed were worn out and unable to charge our phones there. Really liked the blackout shades in the room. Breakfast COULD have been great. Constantly out of eggs and sausage. The coffee pot was empty often. Unable to find milk for cereal. I think the same person was cooking and stocking the bar, so it really wasn't her fault. You would think for the price it would be a bit nicer.

My expedia reservation could not be found at check in. Desk agent had to call his manager and have her find it. Took about 20 minutes to check in. Get to the room and there was no toilet paper. My husband had to go to the desk for some. Took a shower in the morning to find there where no bath towels, just hand towels and wash cloths. No hair dryer. Very unsatisfied. You expect the basic things at least when you are paying this amount of money to rest your head for the night.

Paying too much for a place to lay your head.
Rough! Lots of people just hanging out in the lobby - no tv just laying around and the place smelled like weed. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Coffee pot didn’t work. Coffee downstairs in the morning was out. Small roach in bathroom. You can tell they don’t care and this review will go no where because they will still get $ due to Lsu games. sad.

This property was just very average for me. The room had a odor when we arrived and they put us in a handicap room and we were unable to switch due to availability. Since the shower was handicap when you showered the water got all over the floor, I just feel like it made a huge mess and was a hassle to clean up afterwards.

Solid with just a few rough items around the edges
The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was very friendly. The room wasn't bad. There was one outlet plate missing but otherwise it was in decent shape. The elevator sounded rough going up but was normal sounding going down. The exercise room wasn't available but that was clearly stated in the listing. So, no real surprise but I was hoping it was available to use regardless. Convenient to the interstate.

We only need a room for one night. The first room we were in have live roaches. We asked to be moved. Second room we were in had baby roaches crawling on the desk. The third and final room I just needed to rest my eyes to leave early the next morning. I do not recommend this property. It is not well kept. The rooms were not properly cleaned. It appears as if they do not get much business, and therefore do not clean the rooms daily.

We didn't stay due to fact Indoor Pool unavailable for usage which was reason for choosing this property for our family of 11 stay cation!! Also suites were not 2 separate rooms as Advertised!! Beds and sofa bed all along a wall in same room!! Only Best Westerns website stated pool closed, NOT ANY Other Booking Sites showed Pool closed Due to Renovations!! We Didnt Stay in either Room!! Was charged $325 Cash for 1st room!! My Sister didn't get room 2nd room due to Pool Closed!! They've Billed my Credit Card $155 .00!! At first it was $284.95 they attempted to charge for 2nd room!! We went instead to another Hotel!!

Not a good hotel to stay at
Was not pleased with the hotel at all. When we got to the hotel, it was poorly kept outside. When we went into the lobby to check in, it was in poor condition and looked as though the hotel was under construction. The elevators were out of order. Had to carry our bags up the stairs, when we got to our floor, there were a lot of noisy people, hollering, and yelling at each other. All the hallways smelled of weed! When we finally got to our room and open the door, it did not smell clean. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. And there were tree limbs on the windows that scratched and squeaked all night long. The light in the bathroom did not work, so it was dark. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again, it was a bad experience. I only wish I took pictures of everything that was wrong with this hotel.

The hotel for the price was not up to standards. Arrived and the elevator was not working. Fortunately, I'm disabled so they gave me a room on the 1st floor. For the cost of the rooms, the conditions are not acceptable.

When we checked in, we found out that the elevator was not working and our room was on the third floor. In addition, the pool was closed when the temperature was around 100 degrees. The door to my room would not latch unless the door handle was lifted up slightly so that the latch and deadbolt would engage. To unlock my room, I had to turn the handle upward not downward, which is typical, to make the door unlock. The place was not in good condition.

I would not stay here. Not a safe area. Bed was very uncomfortable, bathtub was dirty. You can hear everything thru the ceiling and walls.

Please stay away from this hotel! We found bedbugs , the room was not clean, sheets were torn, dirty stained and the room had a bad smell.Floor was not clean. AC was covered with dust. We kept our food container in the refrigerator provided in the hotel room and found a bug on top of the food container while taking out.We had zero sleep and felt very unsafe to stay!! Overall the stay at this hotel Best Western was so terrible and do not recommend!!!

For the 2nd time in a month the elevator wasn't working and i was issued a room on the 2nd floor. That's ok for some , but i have had 4 previous knee surgeries which makes it very inconvenient. There was no remote control in my room to operate the tv. It took 4 hours to finally get a broken one that partially worked. This was my last visit to this property.

They were doing construction and pool was drained and work zone. Decently clean room, but floor in bath had dozens of water spots making me think they hadn’t mopped between guests. Hallway carpet was pretty worn.
