Too much noise

Pros: Staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast bar was varied and tasty. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Traffic noise was loud - felt like freeway was coming through room. Bathroom counter cramped and small.

Close to crown Plaza for dance recital/competition

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast was one thing we didn't have to worry about! Comfortable room for the 4 of us. The only downside was only 2 elevators in a busy hotel was rough.

The bath tub and sink were dirty, it doesn’t Worth the price.

My husband had a heart attack while there i called the front desk & asked them to call 911. The EMT's were there in about 10 minutes. Thank you ladies for everything.

Nice quiet get-a-way

I had a very nice stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was quiet yet close to eateries and shopping.

Great Hotel

Enjoyed my stay. My room was on the interstate the side of the hotel. My only reason for the room comfort rating was the noise in the room from the interstate. Wasn't loud but you could hear it at night when trying to sleep. Not the hotel's fault though.

Our stay was so relaxing. The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great room, BREAKFAST amazing

We have stayed here before and were not disappointed except for the cold weather. We had a great clean room with a free rollaway bed and an OUTSTANDING breakfast. The staff was very helpful and all of my kids love coming here to stay and eat. Once again, a great stay.
