GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I stayed here for one night for my birthday. I had never stayed at a Hampton Inn before. I have to say the stay was great! Very nice place. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were wonderful and the bed was so comfortable. One of the best I've slept on in a hotel! The continental breakfast was wonderful! Lots of options to choose from. All in all it was great stay and I will definitely be choosing Hampton Inn hotels in the future! Thanks again!!

Spacious suite!

With a family of 5 it was hard to find hotel rooms on our vacation so that all of us had a bed. The suite we stayed in here was huge and had 2 nice queen beds plus a large pull out sofa. The room was newly updated, and very clean & quiet. The only negative I can think of was that it would've been nice to have an indoor pool instead of just an outdoor one that couldn't be used that day because of the weather.

Very pleasant stay!

Very clean and comfortable. Couldn't get the TV to work. It said no signal, but we were only staying 1 night so this wasn't really an issue. Would stay here again.

The room was clean, pool clean, new up to date furniture, however, house keeping stole $10 dollars from the little girl I btought with me and 40 dollars withdrawn from my account without being told prior to checking in that 20 dollars a night will be removed for incidentals. I feel somewhat violated.

Convenient to businesses

Pros: It was in a good location, tv channel lineup was good, and breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: The thermostat to be clearer to make sure Auto would have AC come on, not the heater when it's in the 70s-80 outside.
Location: It was right on I 10 close to a lot of restaurants and in close proximity to businesses
It was convenient to where I needed to go for business, but the heat was on when I got there and I could never get the thermostat to a good setting; at night, the heater came on again when I didn't set it to and then, at 3:30, I was able to get the AC to come on and when I woke up, it was cold, which I preferred to too hot. Hotel staff was nice and the breakfast was pretty good.

Great service, terrible mattress

Everything about my stay was excellent; even the way they handled my lost keys in the room after check out was top notch. The only hiccup was the bed! It was too hard for me... I have osteo arthritis and it's hard to find a bed that is truly comfy. Other than that I would recommend to anyone...great service!

Great experience @ the BR Hampton

From the moment of my arrival, I felt the genuineness from all of the employees that I had the pleasure meeting. During breakfast, Shannon was a jewel. She definitely is a great asset to your company. I will certainly book here whenever I return to your city.
