Pros: convenient to airport
The most uncomfortable bed that we have ever had in a hotel.

Overall, it was a nice hotel. I really liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I did see two roaches which was a concern. One in the hall way and one in my room. Based on that, I would hesitate to stay there again.

Good to stay in case your flight is cancelled

Rooms are average. Food is good. Shuttle service helps a lot. A little expensive for the average quality.

A/C was not working so I checked out early. The staff during check in was very pleasant. Staff during checkout seem unconcerned about A/C problem.

This was a last minute reservation. I requested a room with two queen beds. Upon arrival the only option was a room with a king size bed with a sofa bed. I expected a lot more from the hotel, especially at the price point. There was stains on the rug, the bathroom smelled like cigarettes (they claimed it's a non-smoking hotel) and the sofa bed required a changed in linens.

Room and service was great, but unfortunately someone broke into my truck from back parking lot near pool. Cops arrived to do report and informed me this is not safe area so unfortunately I will not be returning to this hotel for safety reasons only. Be careful in this area.

The MOLD in the bathroom was most disappointing...

Upon check-in the staff was absolutely amazing.They were very polite and professional. But the bathroom was filled with MOLD.....and the water never got hot. The air unit ran extremely loud and there were roaches....ugh! Soooooo disappointed! I have stayed at several Hilton's over the years and my experience has never been this disappointing. I am constantly suggesting the Hotel to family and friends, so this was by far an extreme let down to say the least. I understand the area had recently recovered from a severe flood, clearly, this Hotel had not done a very good job at repairs/rebuilds. The mold was awful. Unfortunately my camera phone isnt the best, if it were, I'm sure you'd get a much clear view of fungus growth as I could with my bare eyes. As if that was enough. We order dinner, as we all were tired from a long day. The minute the food arrived, there were other hungry appetites.....the roaches. My husband got rid of those before I could snap photos of them. It was by far the worst experience EVER!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK. And i will be sure to express my awful experience with my family and friends. Just a suggestion, there are far too many other Hotels to give your hard earned money to and get a far better stay, choose elsewhere.
